This is by far the best experience I've had with a mortgage lender. Allen Thomas was my representative and he was proactive, professional and ready to answer any questions I had. He was a pleasure to work with together with his colleague Eric Gasper. The overall process was way faster than I have had before. I was able to close within 3 weeks and could've been faster had I not stalled researching a few things on my own. As long as their lending rates continue to make sense, I will use them again and again. I'm satisfied and I highly recommend.

We can not recommend Eric Gasper & Allen Thomas enough for one of the biggest financial moments in your life! The expertise, support, open communication & service are top notch. There were no hold ups or snags during our refinance…the entire process was completed within 3 weeks, and some of that was us doing our research. They would have had it done in 2 if we had just gone with Madison when we found them first (we should have, no one else’s rates were as attractive!) the professionalism was top notch. They worked with us every step of the way— one text or phone call away, always available. Work with Allen & Eric and you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend!

In an already competitive market Joel & the team managed to get my family an even lower interest rate than i had been previously quoted else where for my first home. With a very short timeline for a projected closing I was promised an on time closing & the team succeeded with flying colors! They were on the ball, prompt, & precise from start to finish. Jahn Ramirez' team was amazing to work with! It was my first time buying a home and he took the time (along with his team) to truly explain all my options and everything it entailed. His team was very responsive and professional. They also made everything easy for me in terms of having to DocuSign and everything being electronic during these times. Not only were they responsive and helpful, this team moved super fast! From the day I applied for the loan to closing was a 4-5 weeks. It could have been even faster too! If you are in the real estate business or Shopping around to refinance mortgages you know you rarely get to know a really really good broker/agent. I must say I was so surprised by the excellent service and execution of this firm and especially- Gabriel. I can not recommend you enough to work with him and his team if you are in the process . Again, rarely you get that level of service . Good Luck!

Madison Mortgage did great at first but completely fumbled during closing week. They withhold documents from my Title company and Attorney until the 11th hour so we were all sitting ducks for hours on closing days (they never properly communicated why they did this). Mistakes happen, but what I was especially taken back with was that not even for one moment did any Madison Mortgage rep own up to this mistake/take ownership for this extreme inconvenience. That single action itself capitalizes their lack of professionalism and self-awareness. Closing day is stressful as is, so if you don't want to make it any more stressful then is, then I highly recommend working with a different mortgage service.

Gabriel Rahban is absolutely incredible. He really helped make my entire process super easy. I truly appreciate the attention to detail, clear communication, and his ability to help me quickly pivot on any and needs as it related to my close. 5 stars all around!

Madison Mortgage helped us get into the home we love from the first day we saw it . Allen , Eric and Mike was with us along the way and answered all of our questions (which was a lot ). 2 out of 5 stars because of the lack of/horrible communication from over 8 bank people and holding up the close of our house for 3 weeks after receiving the clear to close. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. Giving two stars because we worked with the VO of the bank after 3 weeks of no forward movement even with having our clear to close from the bank we still couldn’t close because they couldn’t find an attorney.

Working with Madison specifically Eric and his team was the best experience I have ever had with any mortgage company. Their process is very well organized with personalized videos to keep you informed and educated. I would recommend them to anyone whether they are looking for a new mortgage or a better rate!!!

Rate was never locked in and went up last minute. High broker fees charged to borrower. Initial loan officer said no fees would be charged. Then at the 11th hour the night before closing the closing disclosure was way over the previous estimates. Lack of communication with the title agency led to incorrect figures as well.

The broker was professional, but I have serious doubts about this organization. After a positive initial call, I received over 15 automated calls over the next 24 hours with no voicemails left. 15 calls in 24 hours is beyond excessive. When I called to inform them to please stop calling me, I was hung up on. Tread carefully in other words.

My wife and I had an excellent experience refinancing our home through Madison Mortgage. We approached the process of refinancing very deliberately, taking our time to look into our options with several different providers, and unlike many of their competitors Madison did not pester us with frequent phone calls and emails. They told us what they had to offer, and let us set the pace at which we wanted to move forward. We worked with Gabriel Rahban, and he was very responsive -- quick to provide us with revised figures as we considered different options over time -- without being intrusive. And when we eventually chose Madison, because of the very attractive terms they offered, they got everything set up so quickly that our closing took place within two weeks, with absolutely no angst or surprises for us. A completely satisfactory experience, in the best sense.

During the process of refinancing I had a lot of doubts on whether this was the right step for me to take at this point in time, after speaking with my mortgage professional Christophe I was placed at ease. My questions were all answered and I knew it was the best choice for me and my home. I can not speak more highly of John C and the team from Mad Mortgage. From our first phone call, I was so appreciative of the insight and information that John offered before we even found a property. It was a no brainer that I was going to work with him for our vacation home. The entire team was so educational—I never felt silly to ask a question or to need elaboration. I was looking for a mortgage around 200k and decided to try this company since they had such good reviews. After completing their online questionnaire, which asked for the dollar amount I was looking to finance, someone contacted me almost immediately. After asking me all the same questions I had just answered online, he informed me that the company does not do loans under $300k. Ok I was fine with that and started looking somewhere else. A few hours later someone else from the same company calls and we have the same conversation. Then it happens again 3 days later with a different guy. This morning at 8am I have another person from Madison Mortgage blowing up my phone. When I call back I told "Michael" that he is the 4th person I've spoken to and to please remove me from their list. "OH, well I had no possible way of knowing that" in a RUDE tone. Blessing in disguise that I didn't go with this company, if there is no internal communication it makes me wonder whether or not I would have had a good experience giving them my business.

We completed our refinance recently with the help from Gabriel Rahban. Tbh our experience was better than expected and the work Mr. Rahban conducted is primarily why our attitude towards him is nothing but respect. He had a short time frame and still delivered what we wanted, and unlike past experiences and other companies we tried prior to Madison Mortgage. Mr. Rahban literally kept us in the loop since Day 1 and explained in detail every step we were taking and the possible scenarios we can look forward to and learn. Overall, we are looking forward to working again with him on our future purchases & refinances. P.S. After closing, he still took time to communicate with us and set us up with a intriguing new technology called "Homebot". Definitely recommend looking into it and appreciate you Gabriel for sharing that after closing.

An MMS agent called me to offer a mortgage solution, which seemed odd, so I completed the due diligence by phone (plus check opened sources reviews) to verify this wasn't a scam or an intent to take advantage of clients. The research and long talk with the agent checked the boxes. Unfortunately, after investing a ton of time providing documents to complete the mortgage application, the MMS agent texted me a loan offer unique for clients like me (combined W2 and 1099 income), which was 3% high than the one discussed by phone and to this you should add additional fees. The mortgage offer was terrible, but the most frustrating part was the unprofessional behavior of the agent after that. He ghosted my calls and texts, and never reach out to me back!

First of all, shame on me for not putting a review out long ago. Tomer Ahituv of Madison Mortgage helped my wife and I out tremendously lowering our interest rates on 2 occasions. In communicating with him, there was no doubt that he was working hard for our benefit! The 2nd time, he reached out to me to see how things were going. We were treading water with high interest debt. I was very happy he called. He secured us a new lower interest rate and got us a significant cash out to pay off our high interest debt. In the end, our monthly bills were reduced by about $1500. I am not at all a trusting person when it comes to finances, but Tomer Ahituv won my trust! If I need any further mortgage assistance/help I will be calling Madison Mortgage!

He gives you confidence when things might not be working out as expected. He treats you like one of his own family members and always wants the best for his clients.
