At Cypress Motors of Ridgewood we have been using Diamond Finance almost exclusively for bad credit financing for over 10 years. Last year, they introduced Dealer Floor Planning services and we have been extremely satisfied with the service and attention provided, not to mention the additional capital that is helpful around tax time to increase inventory. They are big enough that they have the resources to lend as much as you need, but are small enough to provide quick decisions and personal attention. To another successful 10 years working with Diamond!

I would not advise anyone to use this unruly and unprofessional agency. They are the WORST! I could not think of a rating that would match their service and attitude. On a scale from --0-10 they deserve ---0.

Paid my bill on 10/6/2017 and they still reposses my car early Saturday morning now how a person paid their bill they got their payment and y'all still took the car really

Paid my lien off and a very unfriendly woman assisting me, was no help at all trying to obtain my lien release so I can obtain a title without the lien shes telling me I received one, when I HAVE NOT and tells me I need to pay a fee for another one. A simple email is ALL I NEED. There wasn't any hassle paying my payments yet when it comes to obtaining a lien showing I satisfied it, now its not so easy???? Horrible customer service!!!

How do you go bankrupt? People are still making payments, I never received any letters or notices, but was informed by the dealership to pay them.. what’s going on
