I couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism; but the reason for the review is they did what they promised. I now live a debt free lifestyle and only paid back half of my debt. My credit score is back over 700 and I’m excited to buy my first home later this year. The part I liked the most is they only charge a fee if they settle an account. I had one account that wouldn’t budge so they sent me my money back. Thank you to Joe and the rest of the incredible staff.

I cannot speak more highly of MMA. They are polite and professional, but also real people who understand what a person is going through. I am in their debt settlement program and they have explained things to me every step of the way. Here's how Madison Monroe and Associates rolls. Horrible! Took almost $1,000 from me, gave a creditor $107 and kept the rest for themselves. Refused to refund the rest of my money. Avoid at all costs! Update: They posted this response which is not surprising. They are calling me a liar. Be careful! They will call you a liar and take your money too! Ask them who has my money? It's them not me. Ask them who has the $529 "fee?" I also haven't been in the program for "6 months" lol Also note they claim they don't want to reveal my confidential information while simultaneously telling people the number of payments I've made.
