I would strongly advise against using this lender. The realtor said they were making her look bad in her hometown and she had never seen such horrible, inept, disorganized, poor customer service. I didn't know my closing costs until I was signing the final papers the day of closing, which is unheard of. They estimated my closing at almost $17k and kept assuring me it would go down, my realtor had it estimated at 10k but it ended up being 13k. Robert Fricke treated me quite poorly on the phone and I wouldn't give this lender the time of day going forward. Zillow.com set me up with them and it was a terrible experience and I feel that I threw 3k away on closing costs.

Rose Gibb helped us to buy a house in Orlando, FL. She went through every details and answered all our questions from beginning to end. She made our purchase so easy. This is very unique experience as this is our first remote house purchase. Definitely recommend her to be your agent.

If I were able to give more than 5 stars I would. I don't even know where to start, when I 1st Decided to use Terri Knight the mortgage Queen I was a little skeptical, when someone refers to themselves as " The Mortgage Queen" 👸 . But let me tell you Terri Has definitely earned the title Queen when it comes to mortgages, from the bottom of my heart I want to think Terri, Shannon, Cori and anyone else who had their hands on my mortgage you guys are amazing truly professionals I will refer anyone that needs to get a mortgage to you guys. I am definitely a customer for life. In the last 10 years I had 3 other dealings with mortgage companies and I had to jump through hoops for them and basically had to do all of the legwork myself, with American Bancshares everything was done for me and there was no stress whatsoever. Thank you all at American Bancshares for your hard work and being able to get my very complicated mortgage approved

It was great until I asked for help with my loan because my payments were increased with $400 a month. American Brancshares does NOT take responsibility for your loan once it's over and papers are sign. Beware!!! They don't even deserve 1 star
