Went in to have a new debit card made and machine broke, so I asked that they just send me one in the mail. (I was told the machine had broke earlier but instead of telling me this she tried it again and wasted my time for it to not work again. ) I was told 5-7 business days. I called the main line because it never came and they never even had one being sent to me at all and was told it'd be an additional 7-14 days so I should just go back, or to Brewer. Luckily I have a credit card I am able to use, but some people do not have this option. It's been a pain and I've never had ANY issues at the other branches. I would recommend driving to Brewer first unfortunately.

The loan officer was great to work with but when they tell you a 640 is the banks policy to get a home loan, you get approval from the underwriter and ME state housing, get ready for ONLY the appraisal and closing just to have them tell you they decided you’ll need a 660 and there’s nothing they can do for you is insane. I’ve paid About $1000 towards closing and inspections and was ready to pay the $100 for the MSH class (glad I at least saved $100)... I’m at a loss for words and can’t believe this is right.
