I went in the other day to get documents for selling my house notarized. The first woman I spoke with did not understand my request or how to help me. She almost sent me home in tears. Bonnie had overheard part of the conversation and asked if she could help. She longed over what I had and was able to help me right away. In reality this place has helped me less than a few times in the past 2 years I've had my loan with them. I stand by my original comment. A bunch of CROOKS trying to take advantage of soldiers. Why do you think they're such a small institution. Stay as far away as possible. Their motto about helping others is total garbage. I wish I could give zero stars.
