M&T Bank Grant Ave, Auburn

The only reason I even bank here is Michelle. She is always so kind and courteous to me. The very last thing I need is a rude teller like my last bank. Keep up the good work girls! You're doing great.

I have been with M&T over 20years and banked at this location, Elbridge and the Tops, (closed for some years now) . The staff has had some turnover so they don't know me as they used to. Have ID ready and be compliant to bank practices and there should be no issues. The tellers probably could be friendler, but maybe they all are having stressfull days.. Most seem to count the minutes to closing time. I Try to bank online and ATM as much as possible to avoid the stress.

Made me come inside and pay 2% in order to cash a check drawn on this bank. It's like being strong armed into opening an account with them. I am sick of being taken advantage of at all turns by establishments like this.

WATCH OUT FOR JOANNE MARR AN EMPLOYEE THERE. SHE GAVE MY FIANCEE A HARD TIME ABOUT CASHING A CHECK. SHE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND NASTY AND I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT WHY SHE IS STILL EMPLOYED THERE.

Avoid this bank like the plague, complete scam artists. Everyone that works at this location is rude, unhelpful, and all of them lie. They will explain the policies of the bank and then something will happen to your account and they give you a hard time about it. M&T Bank, as a whole, is the worst. There are far better options like credit unions. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this bank or this location.

Worst bank ever you charge people to cash a check from your own bank that they worked hard for will never do banking there ever unbelievable why don't you give us 2 % to cash a check from your bank
