I am new to M&T and so far I am very impressed. More than that, I feel highly valued as a client. M&T has good promotions, great policies and outstanding employees. In particular, the banker I worked with, Mr. Will Poxon, has expert knowledge in his field. Will answered all my questions and in a way I could actually understand! He spoke my language. Will has assisted me several times over the week and each time I felt he went out of his way to be open, honest, kind and caring toward me both personally and professionally. All of my banking needs have been met and Will and his branch have exceeded my expectations infinitely.
