This place is B-U-S-Y. Lots of people coming in to what is a very tiny building. I needed a PIN reset because I'm spacey and have 86 PINs for everything else so naturally I forgot the most important one. Got signed in, seen relatively quickly (book an appointment if you can't always afford to wait, it's a huge help), and got everything taken care of. My biggest complaint is the cramped quarters, but the staff work very hard to keep things moving.

Horrible customer service. They refused to cash a check that I get every month from my job. I am a contractor and get paid once a month. They told me if I open an account they would cash and deposit it. I would never get an account at this bank if nothing else the fee for cashing a check. The horrible customer service and inability to resolve a basic issue are the major issues! Stay Away!!!!

I went to change my name on my account with all the documents noted on BofA site (marriage license and ID). The unhelpful Brittany Burton and the frumpy branch manager, who never bothered to say who she was, decided that I couldn't because a marriage license isn't proof of marriage or name change...even though a call to the BofA customer help center validated that I had the correct information. Fortunately, they were much more helpful and told me I can make the change by mail so I won't have to go that location again. Lousy customer service and crappy employee attitudes are unacceptable.

Terrible manger. Ride and egotistical. He needs to be removed. He clearly needs diversity training.

I went there today to try to cash a check. I should have known better than to waste my time at this place. Bank of America is always finding ways not to help you. First, I stand in line to see a teller. There is only one teller available, as another lady who is normally a teller is on the phone dealing with the fact that their front door isn't working properly. Once I finally get to the teller, I am told I need to see a banker before I can cash the check. Convenient! I sit in the waiting area for a few minutes. Someone comes in after me and is dealt with before me. There is no sign-in sheet, so I guess it's just whoever they want to serve first. Awesome! I finally sit down with the banker, and am told that because of the amount of the check, and the fact that not all of the ink matches on the check, they will not be able to cash the check for me. Great! I ask if she can just call the person who wrote me the check and I was told they are not allowed to do that. How is that their policy? Again, they have more ways to tell you no than they do to help you out. I am then asked if I have considered opening an account with them. Why would I open an account with a place that makes things so difficult?? Unreal. Yes, I can just deposit the check into my account using mobile deposit, but I happened to want the cash. So I just wasted 30 minutes of my time because I expected one of the largest banks in the world to be able to honor a check written to me by one of their customers. The check was for about $3200. Yes, more than the average amount. But, um, it is a BANK, right? I wonder, if their $20B bailout check from the government was written in 2 types of ink, would they still have been able to cash it? Anyway, by the time I left, there was a line out the (non-working) door. Good luck, everyone!

Employees pretty much attack you when u walk in the door begging for your business! If u have an account there, they are offering 401k, IRA's, second mortgages, etc.... If u don't have account, they practically offer you money to open one! Terrible business practices! People would like to be left alone to conduct their financial matters privately.... Not attacked at the door by everyone working!!!
