Mrs. Lisa Irving was great an very friendly to me. She assisted me with reopening my account yesterday. Very informative an gave me a phone call after I left. The staff was friendly an greeted me when i came in. Only thing for me that I feel they can do better is the wait time an scheduling of appointments.

Standing here in line 20 minutes to cash my paycheck. One teller on duty in the branch and not enough money to cash it in drive through.I am livid and they are sooooooo slow

The worst treatment I’ve ever experienced in customer service, period! I’m so disgusted on how unprofessional the “branch manager” Nichelle Johnson displayed herself. I highly do not recommend this location.

Worst bank ever. They will "service charge" you to death and have absolute disdain for their customers and can't get the simplest of details correct. Do yourself a favor and go to a credit union. I'm not referring to any particular branch, in my experience the same problems are at every branch company wide.

M&T Bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They held my paycheck for over a week because I am a new customer, which no other bank has done. This caused a late fee of 38.50, higher than any other bank. When I went to the bank to get this removed, thinking that since every other bank either has a 'one late fee removal a year' or that they would see the ridiculousness of this situation, I was met with attitude repeatedly by the front desk woman and told it wasn't going to happen. I'm going to close my account and go somewhere else.

Sat there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Lady in front of me was waiting for 40 minutes. They acknowledged us and thanked us for our patience but I will not be returning.

Every time I come to this location is an extremely long wait. No matter what time you come. The worst. This will be my last time coming to this branch.

This is the worst bank branch. They never greet people with a friendly hello or have a good day. They always try to close the drive thru early...( even before the covid19 adjusted hours... ) if I get in line @ 3:50 that has room I should not get turned away with 10 mins left b4 they close at 4pm. Wells Fargo has a much better customer experience. Looks like I may have to move my business banking to Wells Fargo also ... SMH!

The worst branch ever. The lady hung up the phone when i tried to ask her to explain how is it that the ATM ate the deposit and didn't post it. When I confronted her about the check being ate she became rude. I understand that the ATM can mess up but you don't talk to a person who has close to Half and million in the bank like that. i WILL SIMPLY JUST CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT RESPECTS ITS CUSTOMERS MORE. If you need Customer Service DO NOT GO TO THE M & T BANK located in the Ingelsidde Shopping Center. Approximately 2 1/2 - 3 months ago I closed my account with M & T Bank. Because I still had 1 outstanding check, the lady I was dealing with explained to me that she could not close that account until the next day. I said no problem. I few weeks later I received a notice in the mail stating I have overdraft fees on my aaccount. I called the bank and spoke with the same lady (ealy 50's). She said I will take care of of this right away. You will not have anymore problems. A few weeks later, I went on-line and noticed more overdraft fees. I called the same lady back and asked her WHAT IS GOING !!!!!! She said - I will take care of this right away. You don't need to worry about it happening again. On 8/7/15 I get a notice from M & T Bank notifying me that I have a couple of overdraft fees and I need to go to the bank to repay the amount. Hello.......Managers.....Are You Reading This E-Mail. I Hope So. On 8/11/15 I called the bank. The woman I have been dealing with was not there so the man who answered the phone said he could help me. I believe his name was Dominique. He said he closed it out while he was on the phone with me. I am sorry, she should not have a job if she could not handle such a small task over that time frame. Shame on her. I have been out of work for 7 months now. I work 7 - 9 hours a day on the internet hoping and praying to find a job due to my position after 21 years being eliminated. I guarentee you I could do a better. SHAME ON HER !!!!!
