M&T Bank Old Mill Rd, Millersville

This is one of the worst banks. I brought in my deposit from the store we are closing. Small shop weeks worth of deposits. The teller decided to help everyone else while she had my deposits. What should have been a 10 minute wait was over 30 min. I literally wrote this while I was waiting. Avoid this branch

I don't post reviews however this is VERY concerning to me. I have banked with this company for over 25 years since it was Provident. At this time I would tell everyone to stay AWAY from M & T bank. I recently had my credit card compromised for very large amounts of money before the bank questioned and /or stopped the charges. They then wanted to charge me to replace my card for overnight delivery as well as they have NOT replaced my money and states it can be up to 10 business days "per their policy". However it is also "their policy" to PROTECT my accounts. I have spoken to fraud department, supervisors, branch managers, etc and still NO resolution as the bank "does their best to secure your account and the company that charged your account is a reputable company" that even the branch staff utilizes. After 25+ years I will WARN EVERYONE TO BE CAUTIOUS AND NOT BANK WITH M AND T BANK!

Went to cash a check that was a Christmas present and the teller rudely said you don't have an account here is it will cost you 2 percent to cash your check. I said that the person has an account here? Why should they have I have to pay and she said you don't have an account here. Well hello I called the person who wrote the check and has been at M and T ! They are canceling their account. It was 11:50 on Saturday teller next to commercial. Poor customer service and I don't care attitude.

Cash deposit was very easy & hassle free.I liked it very much.Keep it up

This is by far the worst location in Maryland. Always an issue when I walk in. If you want to be able to withdraw your hard working money then head over to the Glen Burnie location. Thanks M&T of Millersville! :)

My mother and I was up at this location to he day after the New Year to do 2 deposits at the drive thru. One deposit went through but the other deposit was not process it was stock in the machine, it was cash deposit of $80.00. So I went inside to make the cash deposit, the next day my mother went up to M&T and she had to waiting for a while before she was seen. When she was seen she told the gentleman what happened and was told it would take up to 30 to 60 days before they can find out and in the meantime they would file a dispute. Dispute was filed and was denied, it should not be because someone has her $80.00.

Teller was super rude. And told me my deposit was $100 short. Did NOT count the deposit, he solely relied on the counter machine. Then tried to make me feel stupid. Boycotting M&T.
