M&T Bank Old Court Rd, Baltimore

This bank used to have a manager who cared about his people, went out of his way to be sure his staff was polite and friendly. I have banked here for 15 years. The new management team and teller experience was awful. No one was interested in being helpful, instead they owere busy chatting and going to get coffee. The teller didn’t look at me as she had her phone in front of her at her window, placed do she could view it while actually talking to me. The manager said I know you but I don’t know your name so “I won’t help you.” And walked away. Who are these people? What’s happened to the bank where I have been treated with dignity and graciousness all of these years?

Phone service needs to always have a “real person” answer a call. If I need to speak to my bank I DON’T WANT TO WAIT 24 hours. That’s NOT good customer service. Especially when they hold my money!

If I could give them a lower rating, I would. Terribly understaffed - expect to wait forever for anyone to even acknowledge that you exist. Staff just couldn't care less why you're there and is extremely unhelpful. I went in to cash a check my wrote and after 20 minutes they told me I'd have to pay a 2% fee to cash the check. Seriously? Horrible customer service AND a fee? "You gots to talk to my manager". She of course was chatting it up with someone and I could not stand another 20 minute wait. Wonder why people love ATMs?

They need to hire more people, people that want to work.. I've had to use this bank for 15 yrs due to work, there has NEVER been 2 people working the drive through window. Even now when the inside is closed there is 1 person working at the window and the line is to the street! I was the 6 th car and literally sat in line for 50 minutes! And no it wasn't possible to get out of line because it was around to the front of building.

Terrible customer service and the branch makes up there own rules too operate under. I've had 2 issues with regular banking services where I was not able to get a personal check cashed 2 different times when both myself and the person that wrote the check are customers of M&T bank. I had to go to another branch to get help.. I will be going to Suntrust for banking services

Customer Service get no stars ! There aren't enough tellers and not enough worker's for your banking personal needs. They are not friendly ! Seems so cold there.There is a very long wait that they don't seem to care about. Don't go there or you will be sorry !

Very poor services! I came late for my appointment and the person I was to meet already left. Was asked to seat and I waited 15mins and no one said a word to me. They were not nice to a customer I met. I am never going back there. Worse banking experience. Came back so annoyed and you can't create an account online. I have never been so mad at any service in my life!

Staff is always helpful. Travis always welcomes me with a handshake and a smile. Very efficient time spent when I am there. I really enjoy this branch.

Horrible service. I specifically called ahead of time to make an appointment with a representative and arrived on time. Shortly after I arrived I was then told I was to be meeting with another customer rep because she was my "relations manager" (no clue what that means). I waited for her for over 15 minutes, until which time I was fed up and walked out. Would not recommend this branch or even bank to anyone.

Courtney was awesome!! I had a serious issue and she assured me that she was going to handle it the next day and call me. She had taken care of the issue and called me to let me know, I really appreciate your concern for my issue. ..Courtney you are the best!!!
