M&T Bank Crain Hwy, Glen Burnie

Mr. Sam the manager is awesome! He helped me understand the business accounts process and walked us through many financial situations. The staff was always great when they operated under the name Provident Bank. When they became M&T Bank I must admit I was put off because I liked the small bank policies. However, the team at Crain Hwy quickly reassured us that everything was still professional and they were dedicated to our service. I miss some of the tellers that left recently but its life. I'm happy with the current service and the hours are better than they were. I love the fact that I can deposit my checks after bank ours at the ATM and 9 times out of 10 they clear overnight. FABULOUS! The photo of the deposited check on the receipt is nice feature too. Keep up the good work, M&T!

One of the worst banks that ive ever done business with they are liars an swindlers an wont even help when they make a mistake on your account then make you deal with all the consequences. DON'T JOIN THIS BANK THEY WILL BURN YOU EVERY TIME.

Never have I heard of a bank who's shut off time is as early as 2. That's nothing but a reason to make it harder to get your money, so they can use it to make money for themselves. Worst bank in history.

Thier automated phone system is terrible. Had one simple question to ask took 20 minutes for a thirty second conversation. Thier counter people are only marginal better. Good luck with them.

Five stars to this branch only because of Cameron Wade, the Assistant Branch Manager. He is such a knowledgeable banker, always thinking of ways to go above and beyond to help his customers. I drive more than 10 miles to come to this branch only because of him. Thank you and continue the great work, Cameron! You re-affirm my faith in M&T.

I went to the branch to open an account. After waiting for 35 minutes the 5 people working there ignored me. A customer came in and 4 people went to them told them to come on back. They still never asked to help me. I got up and left went to SunTrust down the road and was out of there in 20 minutes. I have a lot of money in that bank in savings checking Ira and cds. Believe me it won't be there much longer.

I've been a customer of mt bank for a long time and every time I've have a issue there right beside me. All the tellers are very helpful and always are welcoming. Just wanted to say Thanks

Terrible service- fake smiles, long waits, no help ever happens. The highest fees I've seen from any bank. Pick anywhere else. All banks are lousy, this one is absurdly so.

I would give this place 0 stars, they are so hard to work.
