Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie

Very friendly, very professional, and very very educational. They don't have you waiting hours either. They don't rush you & make ure you understand ètheir time Great bank.

Been standing in line for 20 min and not even close to being my turn. Only 2 tellers and at least 10 people deep. One just came back from lunch break so there was only one. A manager was walking around and asked if she can go back and help and she isn't trained for that and the other manager is high risk. No wonder your ratings are so low. First and last time at this branch.

This is The WORST experience I've ever had with B of A!!! Will, is the rudest teller! I waited an hour in line with Only Two-tellers! *Three of the Five office workers, were Not with people!? When I finally got to the front... The woman couldn't get the printer to work, and asked Will for help(Three times), he All but, ignored us... After 15 more minutes he told me, "Its the Only printer and he cannot help me"? No Apologies! I am moving Today and need a certified check? Also, didn't have 2- hours to waiste! Now, I have to drive to another town to get my Check/ My Money! Yes, I am VERY disappointed!

This bank is one of the best experience I have had to start a savings account and found out I was eligible for their credit card, the lady that did this fantastic job has worked at Nations Bank for a long time , I can’t find her name and I feel horrible about this but she also worded at the Southgate ranch for a long time , she is the most pleasant person and she made me feel so comfortable to be there , she is absolutely the best!!! I hope you can get this message to her from me my name is Stanley Hall , I’m sure she will remember because I have to come back and see her and she will show me more about my card I Was hoping to see her on 4/16/21but I see this branch is closed for cleaning but maybe it will be open by then,, Thank You In Advance for everything!!😊

I'm bank of America customer since i moved to Unites States back in 2005. I bank with other branches and find this Glen burnie branch by far have the best service. Although the long lines, the tellers move swiftly and their very friendly. I don't minding standing in line if I get treated with respect from the employees (not standing in line for long either). Kudos to all the employees at bank of America.

The other day I was waited on Janet , she was very wonderful. She helped me tremendously with all my banking needs. This center is pretty busy but they managed to assist everyone in a timely manner . I have advise all of my friends to go here.

I’m not from Baltimore and needed to sort few banking issues. I forgot the guy’s name that helped me but he was I think middle eastern, he was very friendly and helpful. He reviewed everything that I needed to fix and helped quickly. The wait was not that long. The place is clean and safe to do business here. I would recommend this Bank of America to anyone...

Went to this Branch this morning to set up an account, soon as I walked in the line was close to the door and their was only one teller. I noticed two ladies working on one terminal. No one at any time apologized for the wait. When it became my turn the gentleman just walked away I had a check that was from Merrill Lynch which is affiliated with your branch and you wanted to charge a fee because of not having a account . I really became frustrated... will not recommended anyone to u

Slow if coming for service at teller. Fewer than 2 tellers. Managers do not seem to help expedite slow lines, greet clients, or engage with those in line to help expedite it. ATM drive through only. No drive up tellers.

Usually one teller working and very slow. More employees in the bank walking around but not helping at the teller window. I had five people in front of me when I arrived when I left there where 25 people in line and still no additional tellers, very poor management.
