M&T Bank 4th Section Rd, Brockport

Drive through is Very. Frustratingly. Slow. But for business banking help, Tiffany is definitely the one to go to. She knows what she's doing, and goes above and beyond.

Not very friendly. We went yesterday to open a joint checking account in addition to my personal account. As an existing M&T customer, I expect to feel welcomed at any branch. At this particular branch we were directed to the waiting area. There was one banker available that was busy. I noticed a woman's restroom sign with a handicap accessible sign as well and thought I would utilize it while waiting. I went up to the door and it was locked by an outside locking handle. I asked the personnel at the desk if I needed a key or if it was occupied. I was informed that the bathroom is not for the public. I replied that I am not the "public". I am an M&T customer. They were not at all friendly in their response, and as I sat there waiting for another 5 minutes, the teller opened the bathroom and used it herself. At that point, we left. I think it's ridiculous to have a marked woman's/handicap sign and keep the door locked and refuse to open it. I looked around and did not see a sign posted declaring "no public restrooms". The entire atmosphere at this branch was unwelcoming. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Never have I dealt with a bank that was good in every area. From my banking, my investments, my mortgage process - everyone has been more than helpful. The staff at the Brockport office always has a smile. Rarely do I go to any other branch.

Worst upstate democratic bank ever. I wish I could give it 0 zero stars. I opened an account, deposited $100 through the mtb atm and I still can’t access my money, they have been holding my money for almost a week. There’s no proper customer service available which apparently closes at 9pm lmao and the workers are not at all helpful if you look forward on visiting a branch. It’s just a bank for villagers here in upstate newYork but if you are from the city, please never open an account here. Poor People Bank !!

The people that work there don't look or act like they like their jobs. They just want to get what they can from you and then be done. M&T is an annoying bank to be with anyways. Wasnt with them for long.

Next time let people know that the lobby and drive through are closed. We drove 30 minutes here bc your site says it was open until 1pm. We got here at 12:30 and the only part of the bank that we could use was the ATM. So I wasted an hr of drive time round trip and still couldn't do what I needed to do. I only came out to the bank bc your site said you were open until 1pm. I have a very busy schedule doing comfort care for my son and future mother-in-law and this was the first chance I had to get to the bank this week. I was highly disappointed today 😔

Hate that the drive through is soo slow. I could be the only person there and wait 3 mins before someone comes to the window. Friendly but slow. Only thing I liked about banking with them was their personalized cards, friendly people and you can deposit checks in the atm. Otherwise, I hated my year I banked with them and left asap. Bank always empty with no one to service you. ESL... busy but way faster!! Go where the people go!

Great bank. I've been with them for over 15 years now and I have never had any serious problems with them. Will most likely stick around for another 15yrs with them.

I have always been pleased with the service at the Brockport M & T branch. The tellers are so very friendly and knowledge with all the products that they offer. I have been banking their for over 10 years and would recommend them to friends and family.

It's been three months and all we asked for was letter or email of an assessment of our house and no one has been able to help. We have been told so many times " we'll get back to you "ha ha. We are done with m&t.
