Brockport Federal Credit Union West Ave, Brockport

I have banked with Brockport Federal Credit Union for over 20 some years. As a single mom they were always good to work with me. I went back to college and they were very helpful with me during that time. I now have moved out of the state and I still use this bank. I have always found the staff I talk to very nice and helpful. I will continue using them as one if my primary bank's. I so appreciate this Credit Union for all the support they have always given me.

Going in and taking my banking elsewhere this weekend. Have had nothing but issues with this bank since they moved. I used to go in and recognize the tellers, now I probably couldn’t do that. I’ve heard the bank manager yell at her employees while I was in there. I’ve been charged for the stupidest stuff. ALWAYS have fraud calls. Gotten about 3-4 new cards because of said fraud calls in the past year and a half ( I use my ESL card more and haven’t had an issue.... ever...). And unfortunately, call me crazy, but I look at my bank statements ( on the app) and things don’t add up( money spent vs money in account). My husband used them for business banking, and he got treated poorly every time he went in. I’ve used BFCU since I could legally have a bank account, but now I wished I switched banks a long time ago. So I definitely do not recommend this bank to anyone, there are about 8 other banks in brockport, I suggest any one of them.

My husband made a deposit for me with cash. Was told he could not be given a receipt for this. ?????? How do you take cash from someone and not give a receipt. Just don't put the balance on it....but you should ALWAYS get a receipt. Stopped using deposit slips too....why??? I have had a few phone calls asking me what it was I deposited because their draws were off....we'll see if you had deposit slips you could look back...and they charge to exchange or deposit ROLLED CHANGE! yes it's money.but yet it costs to bring it there.....my taxes were put into my savings even tho they were suppose to go in checking. However told me that it was in checking then just started moving money from my savings to my checking when checks weren't clearing because they gave wrong information!! And again never called to see what was going on just went into my accounts and move MY money around.....guys there have no clue what they are doing....women can't work there apparently. There has been 100's of them come and go in my 25 years with you. Very sad to hear why you have such a high turn over....things in your building should be confendential and not discussed with anyone not even employees.....and your members should not be bad mouthed once they leave the building either....very very sad what you have become in last ten years or so

Absolutely terrible bank. Credit card was stolen and this bank couldn’t even credit the fraudulent activity. Never use these guys.

Staff and manager are always polite, accomadating and helpful. Highly recommend this financial institution. They are very knowledgeable.

I have used brockport credit union since I was 18, got my first loan thru them, first savings account, I really liked them. However their fees are out of control and they don't even tell you when you will be charged for things like a loan application. When you ask about it they tell you refere back to fee schedule online. Technically they are right but there are a lot of banks out there who don't try to hide things. I switched and I suggest you do the same

Mitch is extremely rude! Makes me feel like I should be thankful he "allows" me to bank there. Closing out my accounts and moving on.

Marrylynn is an amazing woman, she made sure that my finances were taken care of before, perchasing my first home, it took me over 2 years but she was pacient and also went out of her way to make sure my past debt were payed without being ripped off,, even if she made the phone calls,, Marrylynn is a very firm and,intelligent woman that made sure I had gotten the best deals, she looked out for my best interest every step of the way

The people there are friendly and helpful, full of information and personable. They remember who you are, even when calling. They are a little slow in the start up, but as they are the only branch, it's understandable.
