M&T Bank County Rd, Marlboro

If you do not have an account here and want to cash a M&T Bank check you received not only will they charge a ridiculous fee; but the will treat you as if you’re trying to cash a fake check. They need to verify that a BANK CHECK drawn from THEIR BANK is legitimate. Not only do they go out of there way to over complicate the issue, they can’t even do this correctly. It took 2 managers and 15 minutes of running around and they still couldn’t “verify” with the sister Branch. Total incompetence and inconvenience I could only imagine if you had an account with them. Find a real bank to handle your finances. And the worst part is they don’t care!

If I could give negative stars I would. I needed cash out of my account because I'm a African American I was told I was not allowed to get my money out of my account. Needed the money for business emergency. Because I'm a person of color I was rudely put out the bank told to leave and wait a hour.....

Worst branch i ever been. people here are mean and liars. Was there yesterday and teller was serving a person who had a account with this bank and she did whatever the customer ask. But when i ask to cash my check she refuse to cash it.First she lied to me saying that she has only $20 bills but when I agreed she said and there is also a charge for cashing the check without having an account with us and I also agreed with that then she said wait a minute she went and come back with someone else who just refused to cash my check saying that they don’t have enough monay In a bank. Bank shouldnt hire this type of persons who are lining theyr customers. Will never go back to this branch and would never recommend my friends to go there as well

Great customer service. They go above and beyond to help their customers and establish relationship with the local community.
