Horrible, worst customer service. Rates for loans are not competitive at all. I banked with them for a while because my ex preferred to use them stayed merely for convenience. I have beyond excellent credit and have been a customer for years. In trying to refinance my home they had no idea what they were doing. Messed with my credit, took my money, wasted a month of my time. In the end they admitted fault but I got the impression they could care less if I took my business elsewhere. PLEASE SHOP AROUND. MTB is only concerned about their own bottom line and not with helping you and there are much better banks with much better offers out there if you take the time to look.

They're weirdly closed right now, but their ATM is open 24/7 at least, hence the neutral rating. Not many other M&T Bank locations anywhere near this one, so it's convenient for that. Otherwise pretty average.

My ex used their notary when signing a document with myself I requester a copy of said document and no one would get mack to me about it over 4 weeks ago . Lack of service and customer abandonment is unacceptable! 1/10
