Def. one of the slowest locations ever that doesn't seem to properly staff. 2 different days I've called to ask questions about closing my account and setting up appts and been on hold over 20 minutes each time. Even when I go in to the location directly they seem to always only have 1 teller man both drive through and inside counters where wait time is little excessive for simple transactions.

I work till 3:30 takes me 5 minutes to get there twice when I took my son in who is 21 to cash his ck ,we arrive at 3:45, one teller sighed and said these people who come at the last minute . Then told him twice he had to go to the self service to cash his check because they don't cash cks anymore. What bs u r a bank. They need people who like people to work there not just there for a pay check.

I have banked here since I was a young child, and they have ALWAYS been absolutely great. Lois is one of the best bank managers around!!!
