    Ah, we went on a Sunday to view the new Santa Cruz truck and I gave it a thumbs up. Too nice to take out in traffic what with the way people drive today! ( Lol.) Honestly, the truck is mighty fine, the grill has several lights; not just the main headlamps. It's real nice inside- the jack is under the right passenger seat in the back. It has plenty of room. Go see for yourself! It's mighty nice looking too.

    I've bought several cars now from Seidel. Every experience has been a pleasant experience. I recently worked with Jared Hauck & he is awesome! Very polite, has a great sense of humor, knowledgeable on the car you are looking at, & went out of his way to make the sale quick & easy. I really enjoyed working with him.

    I came in to Seidel Hyundai today July 6 To have my car serviced for a recall. Some lady from the office screamed at me because I went through a door that had the signs posted on it and said if their insurance prohibited people from going through these doors. I’m not sure if Covid affects peoples brains but it sure seems that way since they have signs that say this way to the customer lounge. She was rude she was crude and she was embarrassing me in front of other people. I cannot recommend this place to purchase anything have your car serviced or even consider buying a car from them. I understand the rules but it’s 7:30 in the morning to be yelled at by someone for walking through a door that says this way to customer lounge I didn’t put those signs therePlease if you have a chance bye from another dealer any other dealer there lots of Honda dealers then I’m sure treat their customers better than Seidel Hyundai

    If I could give this review SIX stars, I would. Six months ago today, I was rear ended and my car was totaled. So, I needed a new car and I decided on a Santa Fe Hybrid. So I waited, patiently for 5 months, because I had my daughter's Elantra to drive. She decided to move and needed her car, so I had to aggressively search for my car. Seidel Hyundai was to receive 4 of my preferred vehicle and in the entire states of Maryland, Delaware and northern Virginia down to Fredericksburg and southern PA, in the same time time frame was getting 1. So, I made the call, and made a 8 hour round trip to put a deposit down, then another 8 hour round trip to take delivery. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made and being from Maryland, they handled to registration, titling, and taxes for me. Best of all, I saved $5000! My local Hyundai dealer was charging $7000 over MSRP...maybe that's why they aren't getting cars?!?! I want to thank my new friends Matt and Matt for making this all possible. Thanks again for all of your help.

    Not such a good impression. The entire staff was at the corner chatting and did not acknowledge me when I walked in. I stood around for about 5 minutes and still not one sales rep approached me. I decide to make my way to the courtroom counter 😂 and expressed my interest in purchasing a vehicle. I ended up speaking with Chris. I let him know what type of vehicle I am looking for and I presented him a $500 off coupon that came up on the seidelhyundai.com website while I was browsing their site. I was told its something they can not honor and something that they are working on removing from the website. I was discouraged because part of the reason I returned was because I was expecting to get $500 off the vehicle price. So the marketing scheme did work to get me in. If it’s not going to be honored how about don’t promote it on your website. Chris was an awesome sales rep. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and good with building rapport. I met with a different sales rep previously and wasn’t happy with the experience so I’m glad I came back and got to work with Chris. Hopefully someone can make some magic happen and give me $500 off? I still got that internet coupon that I believe should have been honored🤔

    Service here is ridiculous, appointments don’t matter & staff is rude! I would never buy another Hyundai, the overall customer service is at an all time LOW at this location in the service department.

    I purchased a new Hyundai Kona from Seidel Hyundai in April of 2019. Problems began with the vehicle almost immediately. While driving the front braking/collision sensor would go off and quickly brake the vehicle. I would have to limp the car to the shoulder, shut off the car and restart it. There was no rhyme or reason as to when this might occur. I took it back to Seidel and explained the issue the service manager walked out, looked around at sensors and saw nothing. When is happened again and I went back in, I was told I would have to leave the car but do not provide a loaner car. As unsafe as it might be I need to get to work. When I had some vacation time I left my vehicle at Seidel so they could check it out. They had it for a week, drove it 10 miles and said it did not do anything. There was nothing wrong. I asked if they scanned the vehicle and was told they don’t have a scanner. Really??? Communication was terrible during that week and they said they'd check in and then didn't so days later I had to call them. It was discussed I'd be picking it up on Saturday and it could be late so I asked them to leave the keys in it. Not only did they not follow through on this agreement, the keys weren't where the staff could even find them and they needed to call the service manager to find out where my keys were. Had I gotten back late as expected, I couldn't have gotten my car back on time to use it for work. A mechanic acquaintance scanned my vehicle and it actually brought up the fault occurrences. On the recommendation of a family member I took a chance and took the car to Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Lehigh Valley Hyundai took me seriously and as it was a safety issue set up a rental for me. Why would my local dealership, the place I bought the car, not do this for me? It was such a different experience. Due to back order issues I was in a rental for a few weeks but they fixed my car and under warranty. I would not recommend Seidel Hyundai to anyone for anything. They did not care about this customer once I gave them my money.

    Just got my whip her first oil change & got tires rotated… service guys are great… I’ve been comin’ here since ‘16 & on my 4th Hyundai… Never had an issue with service…. Keep up the good work … see ya in 3900 miles or so…

    This is a mixed review. The salesman we were dealing with was great, however the management is horrible. The general manager Jerome actually yelled “I can sell that car in half a second” while trying to negotiate trade in value. Steve was very condescending to my wife in trying to talk her into ridiculous financing. After leaving I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again for a reassessment on trade in. Jerome took the keys from my wife, said nothing, came back in about 2 minutes, and offered 200 more dollars. I’ve negotiated several car purchases, and have never been treated like this. Don’t bother, drive up to Kelly Hyundai in Hamburg, much more reasonable people.

    I took my 2012 Veracruz in because oil leaked on the alternator, causing it to fail. While this is the subject of a safety recall that was initially issued in November 2020, Hyundai still had not "found a solution" for the leaking vale cover gasket. Sigh! So I broke down, needed a tow and lost the use of the car for 4 days. But I digress - that is Hyundai corporate. Seidel Hyundai told me that Hyundai policy is that since there is no "fix" for the safety recall, I would need to pay for the repairs and then request reimbursement from Hyundai later. That would be a hassle since I don't exactly have a lot of income right now. After they told me this, they contacted Hyundai corporate and were able to get approval to do the fix for free (the part that will likely be covered by the safety recall). I greatly appreciate the way they went the extra mile to get this matter handled without my needing to swing Hyundai a loan. Having said that, I did have one disappointment with them. While they were replacing the leaky valve cover gasket on one side of the engine (for free) I had them change the leaking gasket on the other side (which in theory should be something Hyundai should be covering, but again I digress). The disappointment was at their ability to make an accurate estimate. They estimated a cost of $215 for the extra work, but it ended up costing me $294! I don't think there were any unexpected problems (at least they did not tell me of any). So being off by that much was quite disappointing. Bottom line, they seem willing to go the extra mile to help and are quite friendly. But take their estimates with a large grain of salt.

    OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE, I've been buying cars and Suv's from the Seidel Family since 06 before they owned the dealership! This time let me tell you, this beauty of a car was waiting the past 3 I haven't picked out ..right there you know , that not ONLY are they "salesman" THEY CARE THEY KNOW ME MY TASTE! ONCE AGAIN I got there & this beautiful BLACK ON BLACK WAS WAITTING .A very easy painless experience as always !     Always polite and ask what you want done. If there are any problems, they check with you first to see if you want the work done. Then they fix it for you. While you are waiting they have refreshments, a place if you need to get work done, and TV. I always enjoy coming here.

    I had a remarkable experience today at Seidel Hyundai purchasing a Tucson. I worked with Tyler who ensured a smooth process from beginning to end. He had robust product knowledge and thorough communication regarding all aspects of the transaction. Tyler was also very friendly and accommodating making for a stress-free time. I met Steve, Jerome, and Matt as well; all of which were great which further added to the solid experience. The lot had a nice selection and easy-to-navigate layout. The communication is simple and straight forward. Their process seems pretty efficient but not rushed at all. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. I can't see buying a vehicle from anywhere else. Seidel provided the best car purchasing experience I've ever had.

    They took care of my car with oil change, tire rotation, replaced the shroud for my power seat controls, front brake pads. rotor resurfacing. They did an amazing job on it. Feels like i'm driving a new car. The price was less than expected for all of this. Been here for all my service. Sensor issue covered under warranty. Seat belts covered under warranty. oil change and inspection. Every time I come here, I feel like a respected customer. Kyle my service adviser is great! Always greets me and knows who I am. Very happy with the service department.

    The sales people (Matt in particular) are awesome. I had a horrible experience with a manager though that was inexcusable. Unfortunate because I was ready to make a deal and now Matt is going to lose out on his sale. I've bought 2 cars there before, never again.

    I came in last week to get my inspection done. I just replaced my battery on my 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe. When I came to pick it up they told me they where not able to do the inspection because if you change the battery then there aren’t any codes. So they directed me to drive the car around to put on some miles, then bring it back. I had to pay them even though they told me to bring it back. So I didn’t pass or fail. So I bring it back the next week and they told me I failed because of my breaks and they are charging me again. This is ridiculous. Employees need to be retrained when it comes to inspection. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE A SCAM. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

    Took my car there for an oil change. The receptionist Alexis greeted me with a friendly smile and was very courteous. Turned out, my appointment was actually for the next week, but they penciled me in anyway and got me in and out of there in 30 minutes! Great service with a smile!

    Had issues with a sound coming from my Hyundai (tires) and inspection being done. From the time I called - to the time I left, I had a great experience. Brad the service adviser was friendly and accommodating. He helped me get a cheap price with a rental to get me going to work (I drive a lot for work). The service technician (I forgot his name!) was super nice and down to earth. He told me what I needed to get my car back into shape. No pressure, no issues, no surprises. They were all up front about what to expect in my costs. Great experience!

    I was very pleased with Vanessa who helped answer questions for my first oil change and multi point inspection for my new Santa Fe. I didn’t want to go without my car all day but she took my information and said I could wait for my car or they would keep me updated about a loaner car if it was going to take longer to finish. I completely forgot about the loaner cars. This works great for me

    Let me say the sales experience was horrid. My friend purchased a used 3 year old Hyundai from this dealer and paid the price. They simply would not sell the vehicle without him purchasing a warranty. Mind you the vehicle was already under a manufacturer one. They stated they weren’t making anything from the sale and could only sell if he purchased this warranty. I personally will steer clear of all Hyundai products and dealers in the future, if this is how they harbor sales.

    Hyundai simply does not honor its warranty. How is burning 1 quart or more of oil in 1,000 miles normal? We’ve kept up with maintenance but nonetheless still burning with low miles. We’ve since upgraded to a more reliable manufacturer and will not look back.

    I took my car for service this week, and I didn't get his name but I want to give a shout out to the nice guy at the service desk with all the tattoos. When he called to say my car was done we got cut off twice for bad cell reception (on my end), and he was very apologetic. Then he overheard me talking and looked up how many free oil changes I had left to let me know.

    The personnel and service were very satisfactory. However, I received a 15% off coupon for the 30,000 mile service at the 3-year mark (September.) Because of Covid limiting travel, I did not reach 30,000 miles until July. Although I was given a 5% discount on the service, the coupon for 15% had an expiration date which had already passed. 1) either do not list an expiration date, or 2) state that it can be used when 30,000 miles are reached. Otherwise, it appears to be a come-on.

    I highly recommend coming to Seidel Hyundai to purchase a vehicle. It’s great that they have someone like Jerome Seidel that will treat his customers with class. The moment you walk in the door you can feel that family business atmosphere which is very welcoming! Jerome hooked me up with Chris Caruso, who is an experienced Sales Representative. Chris was awesome! He sold me a beautiful 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe! I love it! Chris knew his stuff and was great to work with. He gave me some different options and let me make my own decision. It’s nice working with somebody who is patient and will work with his customers. Chris is the type of person who truly cares about his customers and their experience in a new vehicle. This is my 2nd time buying from Seidel and I’ll be sure to reach out to Chris next time. Matt was another great person to work with. He is the Finance Manager. It’s nice when you don’t see somebody for a couple of years and they remember you from the last time you were in there. Matt will simplify any questions you have that might be confusing regarding the loan or what you are actually paying for. The thing I love about Seidel and Jerome is that he makes everything a team effort and you can see it has a trickle down effect. There isn’t just one hand that was involved selling me a car, it was a total team effort and I believe teamwork is very important when one is running a business! Thanks again Jerome, Chris, and Matt!     Great customer service. My engine blew out, they were able to get it covered under warranty at absolutely no cost to me. They were able to provide me a courtesy vehicle while mine was in the shop. JP with the service department was an absolute professional all around. When my vehicle was finished they even had their courtesy driver deliver the vehicle and pick up the rental to avoid any charges to me, since I was sick at home. Highly recommend this place.

    Where to start? They harass you to buy a car you no longer own. Even after asking to be off their phone and mailing list. When you did own it, they had it in the shop for recalls for a month but never properly fixed it. When you were looking at their cars they never call you. Had much better experiences at other dealers in the Hyundai family.

    Found a small problem with our car shortly after purchasing it. Brought the car in and we were told that they never had this problem before but they would fix it. After ordering several parts to cover all bases, I was given an appointment and was told it would hopefully take about an hour. I came back an hour later after shopping and the car was done. Very happy that they were able to fix the problem and wanted to do anything they could to accommodate us - even doing the service on a Saturday. The only way this could have been any better was if they washed and vacuumed the car.
