Went in to M&M tax on John B. White Blvd for the first time. Immediately I was disappointed with the rude, unpleasant tax preparer sitting before me. The place was dirty and stunk. The whole process was odd with her even asking me "where is the other parent" and other strange questions that she could have worded better had she needed the info. She then proceeded to call the IRS to ascertain about back taxes WITHOUT FIRST ASKING ME IF I OWE ANY BACK TAXES. NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE AT ANY TAX PREP. BUSINESS! OBVIOUSLY I DON'T!! Long story short I did not have taxes filed here. Because I did not get them filed here, I wanted my SIGNED PAPERS BACK but when I reached over to take them, the tax preparer quickly placed her hands on them and said, "I'll shred them." This did not make sense when I could have shredded them myself. I had a weird feeling about it so I went back in and told them I DON'T feel comfortable with them keeping my papers and I want them back since I did not use this business to file my taxes. I also noticed they placed all my papers in a packet. Her response was they "have to" keep them. First, I WAS LIED TO about having my personal info and signature SHREDDED then told that they are going to KEEP IT WHEN I'M NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER. Now they wrongly have my signatures --WITHOUT MY CONSENT -- to do whatever it is they please. Those papers were only necessary to keep on file if taxes were filed there but they WERE NOT. Beware of this place they treat you like you're some kind of thug off the street. WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH PERSONAL INFO. What a disgusting, shady "business."

As a returning customer, this year filing my taxes was quick and easy! Christina and Marie made sure all the information and spelling that was entered into the computer was verified by me as well. The environment was lively and welcoming. I couldn't ask for better service at this location. Thanks ladies, I'll be seeing yall next year.

I used to file with m&m income tax years ago(like 10 years ago lol). Got tired of Jackson Hewitt and decided to go somewhere that treats you like a customer. My experience was awesome! The ladies made me feel more than welcomed to be there. Answered any question I had. Also gave me $50! I was shook lol. I believe I’m going back home!
