Insanely expensive! My taxes are very straight forward with no itemization. I was shocked when I was charged $339! I haven’t been charged anywhere close to this in the past and I will not use their services in the future.

Great service! I Usually file my own taxes but this year I decided to do something different and it definitely paid off! And I did not have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to file which I'm sure is a concern with most people. I will be back next year without a doubt. Never would choose anywhere else. Best people. So kind and caring. Never feel like just another person when we go to file. We were in and out. They always have stuff for our kids to color and do. They are so considerate and understanding of all aspects.

I don't even know how to start! The staff was absolutely some of the friendliest people I have met but yet professional. They make you feel extremely welcomed and like your in good hands.. I was impressed with their work. My refund was everything I was hoping it would be and the advance is helping my family move instead of having to wait months!!! Bill was a wonderful person and a delight to talk to. Not boring or uninterested! He legitimately just wanted the best outcome for us! It showed! We will return next year and hope this makes more people try them out!!

Quick Easy and Awesome This was my first time doing taxes and I feel justvtgst much better mowing M&M did my taxes . They were informative Answered all my questions and were extremely nice . Only cost me less than 100 to file 2 W -2.

Filed my taxes at m & m tax for the first time. It will most certainly be the last. Please read and do not give these people your money!!!! I have never experienced this lack of understanding and knowledge as well as neglect of customer service. The individual whome did my taxes was the manager Deborah Rice of this location. She didn't answer questions clearly and in most instances just wrong. First off we started at a desk filling taxes out but when it came time to sign the signature pad wasn't working. So we had to go to another desk. Not really a big deal, but after about 20 minutes I was told we we are ready to file taxes. Only problem was she never got info for direct deposit which we had already spoken about for the remainder of the federal and state taxes. So we had to start all over again. I was there for over an hour till closing. There was no one else there when I got there very poor time management especially when I was there the day before and got most everything done. I was interested in the 2500 dollar advance that they were offering. I was told by said manager that I would have a paper check upon approval the next day. When I left there that night I got a text saying I was approved. Great right? Not! The next day I get a text saying that I was approved and that the funds would be deposited. I thought I was getting a paper check. So I called and talked to the manager and she said "no it was all being deposited I forgot to tell you that. Haha". So now I have to wait even longer for the advance because the bank takes 1 to 5 days to release to my bank. That was the whole reason for paying them an outrageous amount to file my taxes. So I called and talked to a branch manager who was supposedly the Taylors area manager I expressed my concerns and told her what had happened. Her response was to help with the cost of filing I should refer them people so the could give me 50 bucks. I mean really. They do not care about there costumers at all. We are a number and a paycheck to these people. I know I am forgetting things that happened, it has been thing after thing with these people. If I live to file taxes again I will never use m & m taxes again. I will make sure everyone I know will never use them either.

Very expensive, I was charged about $300 to have my taxes done here. I had my taxes done by a CPA last year for upwards of $180 and for same tax forms.

These lovely people (Esp Bill) delt with all of my 9 w-2s and even cleared up issues with last years taxes in no time!
