    Wonderful experience at M’lady Nissan. From the moment we got there we were nicely welcomed and taken care of by Patrick and Shane to finalization of our purchase at finance dept with Abe. My husband and I are very happy with their customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and politeness. They went above and beyond even if it meant staying after hrs for us. Few hrs prior to coming here we were at a different Nissan dealer where the sales representative was rude, unprofessional, and changed our terms as we went along. Very disappointing especially since we waited weeks for a pre-ordered car. Long story short, we left the dealer disappointed and upset. Our mood and car experience changed by 180 degrees the moment we got to M’Lady Nissan. Deep inside I knew car purchase should be a pleasant experience (since not every day you spend so much money) verses stressful. I am very grateful to you Patrick and Shane for your assistance and I will surely continue to recommend your dealership.

    Wonderful experience. Was greeted promptly. Jay listened to what I was looking for and my price range. Within a short time I was out test driving the car that I was interested in. He explained a lot of the special features of the car while we were driving and answered the questions that I had. Love the car - 2019 Nissan Kicks. Appreciated the follow-up phone call this week to ask if I had any questions about the car. Would recommend to friends an neighbors.

    I went there looking for a newer Nissan. They had one that was perfect! They were all very kind and professional. They took care of me and got me a really good bumper to bumper coverage deal! I went from having to dole out 1,000 in repairs a month on my old car, to my dream car that i wont have to worry about for a few years! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good service and decent prices

    Had an amazing experience while testing out new trucks. Jay was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and made it an awesome experience.     This was third vehicle we have got from MLady Nissan in Crystal Lake (2 leases and now a purchase). Always friendly and helpful people we have dealt with each time, and always feel like we were treated well. This time we dealt with Shane, and from the minute we walked we felt like he was friend of ours. Service department is very good to work with. Great Dealership!

    I came here Thursday late evening just to take a quick look at a durango, not really looking to purchase but it was hard not to. Staff was friendly, polite and made it the easiest experience at a dealer I’ve ever had. Sale person Luis was very helpful and basically gave me what I wanted in the deal. Awesome place, would definitely recommend.

    The service contact person was very nice and recommended the 30,000 mile service for my rogue. Couldn’t really describe exactly what would be done but he said he highly recommended it at my mileage so went with it. $420 later I think they changed my windshield wipers and did some stuff with the wheels and brakes. Was given a 2 hour estimate on completion to which contact person said he would call or message me when my car was done. 3 hrs later I call, no one could tell me if my car was done because they couldn’t find my service contact rep. I show up and I find my car was finished more than 2 hrs prior to me returning. Wasn’t really a positive experience, I may buy a vehicle at but I won’t have it serviced at MLady. The free oil change is nice but with service like this, I’d rather go to jiffy lube.

    I had a very pleasant visit to the M’Lady Nissan of Crystal Lake. I walked in wanting to trade in my current vehicle but was unsure of what I wanted to replace it with. Shane assisted me by determining why I wanted to get rid of my current car to understand my needs for a future vehicle. Shane then told me about a few options he thought that might interest me. After taking a look I decided to Test drive one and fell in love with it! Shane then continued to work with me where I got a Great trade in value for my current vehicle and a outstanding price on the vehicle I test drove. During this whole process I never felt pressured or overwhelmed to make a purchase as they were very up front and left all the choices to how I was feeling. The whole staff was nothing but Pleasant and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to trade, buy or lease a vehicle!

    Been driving my new Nissan Rogue for a week or so now, she’s a beauty. Would recommend breaking hard, turning your wheel all the way left and right and taking it to 70mph during test drive. The wheels were not balanced, had to take it back considering I couldn’t go above 65mph without it shaking. Key fab was given with a low battery, they fixed both issues no problem. Ask them to walk you through all the features in your car. No one took the time to go over anything with me, just yesterday I figured out I had CarPlay.

    Great salesperson, Patryk Malinowski! Great Customer Service Manager, Scott Ryan! Great F&I Manager, Abe Alyassir! Just wanted to purchase a vehicle but needed up with an extended warranty, GAP and tire/wheel protection plan. Glad we were talked into the tire/wheel plan because we needed it that night!     Recall issue. Apparently was fixed (not something that was noticed), and an expensive repair related to a premature failure in the electronic differential system. Brandon said he has seen several of these come in and Nissan will not back it with a recall. This has put me off Nissans in general because the manufacturer will not support their engineering failures at the expense of its consumers. M'Lady has been excellent, sad to see the manufacturer bail on you. I won't be buying another Nissan.

    First time experience this past weekend and M'Lady Nissan, and it was fantastic! Juan, our sales associate, was accommodating and listened to all of our needs. He worked with the GM and Manager to help us get as close to our desired financial outcome as possible. Overall we felt like we got a great deal with great service. Abe was super helpful at the end of the process during paperwork prep and it went as fast as it probably could have gone. We even forgot a few items in our trade-in and kept on having to go back to the dealership to pick these items up but the whole team was super understanding and made sure our items were kept safe (even though it was totally our fault that we forgot these items after multiple reminders). Will definitely be a repeat customer!

    Brandon in CS was amazing. I was told from jiffy lube my car had milky oil and I should bring into a dealer right away. So I called talked to Brandon, who told me to bring my car in right now. When I got to M'Lady, Brandon took a look at the oil and said it was due to condensation and had the oil changed the same day. Thank you Brandon for saving my car.

    As our family grew, we needed to get an affordable family vehicle. We been researching SUVs for almost a year and decided the Rogue was our best choice. So we decided to come to M'Lady Nissan and we have to say we had an amazing experience before we even walk in the building. Staff was wearing masks and had hand sanitizer available at each desk. We were greeted right away by Drew. Drew was friendly and knowledgeable, we didn't feel pressure during the buying process. Long story short, everyone who we talked to which was Drew, the finance manager Bryan and Scott (from parts & car care) were friendly and helpful. They gave us a good deal and we are a happy family enjoying our new Rogue from M'Lady. We recommend Drew and the staff at M'Lady.

    All I wanted to do is buy my car at the end of its lease. They kept me there for 2 hours and made relentless sales pitches for coverage, accessories and warranties. Horrifying. I just kept saying no. It was bad enough that Nissan charges a “buy out fee” of $1,495 for “processing”. There’s no other way to get your car off lease from Nissan — you have to go to the dealer. For our Lexus, they allowed us to skip the dealer fleecing experience. I will remember this when I’m in the market for another car. It’s a shame, since this was our 3rd ( and last) Nissan.

    We have been fortunate to have purchased many new cars, but this experience was significantly better than any of the others. Each person that helped us (Salesman Russ Schneider, Finance Director Bryan Murphy, and especially Customer Relations Rep Scott Ryan) could not have been more helpful. The crew that got the car ready to drive off the lot had it spit-shined and cleaned up for delivery before we finished the paperwork. No hassles on price, with a quick and complete review of protection package options after the purchase, followed by a quick document signing process. This dealer added lifetime free oil changes, and we will be moving future fleet purchases from our business to these folks. Great job, and kudos to the entire team for a genuinely world-class experience.

    I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Nissan Sentra. Everyone who worked with me was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine. Tommy was incredibly patient with me as I test drove multiple cars, asked lots of questions, and rescheduled my appointment a couple of times.     Very bad experience, First they lied about their prices, asked if I wanted certain certifications. I said no then they proceeded to say I had to have them. They where constantly trying to get me to sign things I had no idea what they where. These people are corrupt sales men and I would not trust ever.

    Was told an hour for my oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hours started asking what's taking so long. Had another appt. Finally had to tell them to get my car now. Wasn't washed. Not worth the free oil change. Was told over 900 for front brake job. Our mechanic charged us 350.00. We will be purchasing my car in a few mo. Won't be back for free oil changes or maintenance. Don't have hours to sit and wait. Was the same last time also. Will have our mechanic take care of it.

    What a great experience we had at M’Lady Nissan. From start to finish the leasing manager Eddie Colville was great! Answered all of our questions, felt like he was working for us and was very honest through the whole process. We drove all the way there from Sycamore and was in and out of there very quickly and couldn’t be happier with our Nissan Amada.     Went in for recall and tech problems as well as long overdue "paid for" special cleaning which was never scheduled and took 3 phone calls to initiate. The service people I understand had difficulty with coordinating with Nissan the unusual tech messages. but three day service was a little much. The cleaning was done nicely, but when I asked to reschedule it as I was told to do, I was told to call. The use of a loan car was the one thing that made this bearable The work was completed, but I still am not sure they know why it happened of if it may happen again.... I think the communication between the service people and customers. I had to do most of the calls....

    Buying a car at M’Lady’s was such a great experience for me. Jay helped me through the process and he was definitely the Sales Tech I needed, as I had no idea what type of car I wanted. He took several hours, on two separate days, to show me a variety of vehicles, that had the features that I was really looking for in a car. He was extremely knowledgeable about each car that I drove and made sure informed about every feature in it. His patience was unbelievable. It was fairly simple to work with the finance department as well. I would definitely recommend anyone buying from M’Lady.

    First thing, everyone needs to know that dealerships across America pay to have their Google reviews boosted. First sign of dishonesty… Next, this dealership was advertising a 2021Nissan Rogue as “new“ and when I got to the dealership, it had practically 5000 miles on it. They were selling it as a “new“ vehicle and only offered to take $200 off the price at first and then the manager said, no more than $1000. Mind you, when you buy these vehicles, they immediately depreciate the moment you drive them off the lot. KBB and Edmonds state that this vehicle is worth about $29,000 with that many miles on it. Assuming the dealership needs to make money, it’s about $2000 over cost. These deceptive practices are all over the place and I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle here. The sales associate on the other hand, was actually pleasant and not pushy. So, I’ll give them that much.

    I just took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed quickly and I was kept up to date on the progress and other items that needed to be worked on if I wanted them to do the work. They were all easy items to be replaced and I took care of them myself.

    Purchased a 2017 Santa Fe earlier today and had the best experience at a dealership so far. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and polite, we didn’t feel rushed or swindled into something we didn’t want.     Was told by a sales representative they can do the monthly payment I'm looking for before driving all the way. Get there and found out it was a lie. They didn't even want to help. Ran credit report and now have 7 hard inquiries. Used to have a 700 c.r. but thanks to them not anymore. Don't know how they're the #1 Nissan dealer. Must be self rewarded

    Drew and Abe are fantastic. I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from MyLady in 3 years. 2021 Frontier.  With inventory being a little low I was on the fence about which specific size and trim my Frontier should have. This vehicle will dbl as a work truck and private transportation. Drew was patient and answered all my questions (there were many) and in no way attempted to "push" me into any decision. Although it took quite some time, I ultimately decided on a vehicle Saturday night. By Sunday however, I realized I had made a mistake. The other vehicle would in fact fit my needs best. I was devastated all day thinking I was stuck w a brand new vehicle that wasn't right for me. To my surprise all the people at Nissan were understanding and made it possible for me to swap out the vehicle.  Although this was alot of work, more than bouble the effort, Drew was happy to take me through the entire process again w a huge smile on his face while multi tasking with other tasks he needed attending.  His actions showed me that my happiness with the vehicle superceded any sale for him or the amount of effort that sale would take. Abe in finance was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with as well. He's a happy person who makes the double process of filling out paperwork actually fun! His actions also told me my happiness was much more important than anything else going on at the moment. Brett and Ryan were also vital in making all this happen. Both were professional and attentive. I am now happy with my new truck and solid in knowing I have the right vehicle for me. I recommend all of these gentlemen and MyLady Nissan 100%. Can't wait to buy my next car there!

    I arrived after their service closed. I happened to run into Tommy, who went out of his way to ask what I needed as he was also helping another group of people. I was having a slight dashboard issue with my Murano and as soon as he was finished assisting the other group, he came right back to me and offered his assistance. He had no idea exactly what it was I needed, but went out of his way to try to figure it out for me. HE FIXED IT in a matter of minutes!!! Tommy is an exceptional employee who went above and beyond. He is professional, empathetic, and extremely caring and courteous. Nissan is SO blessed to have Tommy represent this dealership. I would hire him to be on my team any day.     This time my tire rotation that I paid for was not done, but paper said, that it is done. Has to come back again to finish the maintenance. Very disappointing this time with the service. Review and rate for 5 stars now. All last services for 2 years all done very good and I recommended this dealership for service and for Nissan cars to buy. Very good person at customer care service is Scott. Honest guy that can be trust.

    Bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue for my wife last week. This is the 3rd Car we bought from M’Lady in 4 years & couldn’t be happier with the sales, finance & service we received each time. I have to give a huge shoutout to Juan our salesperson for having the patience of a saint with my wife who must have asked to test drive every vehicle on the lot.     First off, let me preface THIS review with the fact that I am a previous customer of M'lady Nissan as I bought my wifes 2017 from them. I expected the same level of service that I received last time which was very good! Boy, was I in for a shock! Read these last two emails from our negotiations and make your own decision whether you want to patronize this dealership with these practices. Me: "So $41,205 with 0% and $300 doc fee plus tax title license and we are good to go with $5000 down, correct? You were great to deal with last time and I just want to make sure we are all on the same page.. I recently had a bad experience with a Genesis dealer and do not want a repeat! :-)" M'lady: "Yes if you take the 0% it would come to a selling price of $41,205.00 and if your putting 5k down that will benefit you. I appreciate the feedback. See you soon." So we make the 1.5 hour drive there today are greeted warmly by a salesman and ushered to a desk where he pulls our paperwork and asks me to sign. I immediately notice something is off because the price is NOT what we had discussed. Three things stick out like a sore thumb: 1. Delivery Fee of $1000 2. Vehicle etching $299 3. Propac $1000 Nearly $2300 more than the quoted price! When I show the salesman my emails with the dealership he goes to the sales manager, and then comes back and says he can remove the "delivery fee" of $1000. I said what about Vehicle etching of $299 and propac of $1000? He then goes back to the sales manager AGAIN and comes back and says he can wave the $299 etching as if he is doing us a favor! If you have read this far you undoubtedly wondering what the heck a "propac" is, correct? Well, you will be interested to know that this $1000 encompasses such items as dealer added door edge guards, floor mats, and wheel locks! I said that is ridiculous and off he goes to see the sales manager again. This time he return with the sales manager who flat out tells us he can not remove the propac as they add it to every car and it is already on it. My wife is now understandably upset and flat out mad as this was to be here Anniversary present. The sales manager then cops an attitude with my wife telling her "Do you expect me to lose money on this sale?" My wife's response "No, I expect you to honor the price you quoted us." Sales manager said there was shortage of cars and how great of a deal this was and that was the best he could do. He then even said how "lucky" we would be to get this deal. We then got up and walked out and my wife (who had previously referred FOUR people to them) said to expect a review of this on Social Media. The manager doubles down on attitude and said "Yeah, threats are going to get you what you want." I was shocked that a "manager" would say such a thing to customer. So much for her 21st Anniversary present! I am wondering if I just got lucky last time or if there was a management change that happened from the point where I bought my 2017 and now. If this is how they treat a repeat customer, I can't understand how they could ever sell a car to a person entering the dealership for the first time! As my wife LOVES her Nissan, I will also be contacting Nissan Corporate to express our displeasure with the dealership and how such practices reflect on Nissan as a brand.

I knew before I stepped inside the dealership because I was immediately greeted by Russ Schneider, Sales Professional. He was incredible! He was extremely personable, helpful, and knowledgeable...and has an incredible pep in his step too! Lol. Actually, everyone I had the pleasure of meeting that day...Russ, Nathan, Scott and Bryan...were very personable, professional and attentive.     I bought a 2017 Rogue from here. Hands down this car buying experience with M'Lady Nissan was the best car buying experience I've ever had and its not even close. Everyone I dealt with from the initial sales guy to the General Manager to the Finance Manager....all were great people. They have a huge selection, great facility, and awesome service. I never once felt pressured and to be honest, I didn't feel like I was dealing with your typical car dealership personnel when I went here. From the initial introduction to the final paperwork, it was so smooth. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Top notch and I highly recommend this dealership. Even after the sale, these guys have been awesome. If I could give them more than 5 starts I would.

    Terrible up selling tactics from the service department. They told my mother if her lower control wasn’t replace the wheel could fall off. Since when do failed bushing on lower control also compromise the integrity of lower control arms ? Not to mention we’ve purchased two new vehicles from them. To the managers, when you read this ask my bollox mate.

    If your choose Abe Alyassir as your financial manager, you should be very careful. He is full of lies, he added the extended warranty that I don't want to my contract and refuse to change it at first. I don't know how much he can earn by doing this, but what I know for sure is that I never gonna recommend any friend to buy car from this location anymore.

    We had a phenomenal car buying experience. Went in Saturday to test drive a truck, told them the numbers we were comfortable with but wanted to sleep on it. Monday mid morning my husband received a call with number within our budget and we went in Monday evening to purchase. The entire team was welcoming, friendly and to the point. This was by far the best car buying experience that I have had. The first in which I wasn’t stressed, overwhelmed, or anxious. In fact, I enjoyed m&ms and played basketball with my son as we waited. We left incredibly happy with our purchase and our experience. I can say with confidence that we will be back to buy again and that we will recommend M’Lady to all of our friends and family. Shane, Hugo, Scott, and the finance team(I cant find his card) we thank you for such a pleasurable experience and for working hard to keep us in our budget. You all took it upon yourselves to ensure we were well taken care of and will continue to be taken care of for the lifetime of our truck.

    It seemed to take longer than usual for an oil change but it is understandable , especially with the pandemic. Everyone I dealt with in service was helpful and friendly. Which is one of the reasons I have chosen Mlady Nissan for my last 3 new car purchases and even had my stepdaughter purchase her first new car there. Awesome dealership !!

    I wish I could give their service department zero Stars. My car, which is only a year old, has left me stranded many times because it only starts when it wants to. I had it into this dealership to be fixed twice. Both times they would not give me a loaner car so I had to take time off work. Both times they told me the car was fixed and fine and I could come pick it up. Both times after I picked it up, the car left me stranded again. After taking time off work, because they would not give me a loaner, they had two chances to fix the problem and could not do it. I finally took my car to Glendale Heights Nissan. At Glendale Heights Nissan, they not only gave me a loaner car but they found the problem in less than a day. They fixed the problem and my car no longer leaves me stranded. And because Glendale Heights Nissan gave me a loaner, I did not have to take time off of work to get the car fixed. And they fixed it the first time they had it. M'lady Nissan could not fix the car in the two times they had it and refused to give loaner cars. Don't ever take your car to m'lady Nissan. They don't know what they're doing in the service department. They don't give loaner cars. And don't ever buy your car from them either. Save yourself trouble and if you really want a Nissan, go to Glendale Heights Nissan. Glendale Heights Nissan is world's better.

    Bought a 2016 Rogue. SUPER happy with my new car. When browsing around, there was NO sales pressure. Was able to do a no hassle test drive of the car (I ended up purchasing.) Salesperson Freddie was very friendly and answered all my questions. He Followed up after purchase to make sure I was pleased. All my dealings with different staff during the purchase were good.     With a scheduled appoint it took 3 days for them to look at my car, each day they didn't look at it I had to call for an update. They then proceeded to take 6 more days to complete the work. I was denied courtesy car and never offered one after the delays, I question if all the work that was done was necessary or not. While I see no fault in the work done I am glad I didn't decide to wait for the car to be finished. My experience not good won't be back, and I don't think they care.

    Rude customer service at service desk .When walking in to check in with the service desk , both men in the service area ignored our existence . Both workers carried out a conversation with one another without acknowledging customers waiting to check in . Felt very unwelcoming . A nice , “ I’ll be right with you , have a seat ,” would be more appropriate. Our experience with purchasing our vehicle was great on the front end .

    Okay with oil change service but didn't wash vehicle as usual. AC diagnosis is not good. I already know the issue with the radiator fan and need it to replace. The rep said they have to do the diagnosis themselves (cost $150). Took an hour and said the radiator fan is the faulty. May be it is MLady policy but it cost me $150 for MLady to tell me the thing I already know. #disappointed

    It was my first time at the dealership as I just recently moved to the area. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome as a new customer. They were able to transfer the records of all my previous service and selected the appropriate services needed for my car. In addition, I was provided a loaner car free of charge. The loaner was comparable to my vehicle and not just a filler. When additional services were needed they contacted me immediately. I was contacted when my car was ready(earlier than expected).

    Worked with Jay Alvarez on my purchase. I was involved in a hit and run which left my car totaled, and I needed something pretty quick - couple that with the horrible car market right now, I was having a real difficult time finding a dealership that had a decent inventory. Not only did M'Lady have a LOT of cars available, but everything they had was high quality. Jay worked with me on three or four vehicles on the lot and spent a lot of time ensuring what I was buying was the right vehicle for my needs. Jay was SUPER knowledgeable about everything Nissan - it was quite impressive. Everything from the initial phone call to the financing, it was a pleasurable experience all the way around.     Over the weekend I took my son to get his first car with a payment so he can begin to build his credit. When we sat down with Jay, our salesman my son explained what he was looking for. Jay took the time to explain everything in great detail from getting approved for the loan down to every spec and feature of the vehicle. Attentive, inviting, friendly, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable about Nissan products (although I was not purchasing Nissan, still impressive). He listened to me, dealt with my groveling, and was a fantastic problem solver. He ran through different scenarios with me; trade VS no trade, different finance options, etc ...     Worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life. Loud, obnoxious and rude salesman overcharged me $4,000 for a vehicle that has no power windows and no power locks. They took advantage of a first time buyer and single mother. I am upside down in the incredibly disgusting loan they have me in. This dealership stole My money and has made me distrust people when buying a car. I am now trying to dig myself out of a hole that they have created. I made a big mistake in trusting them that they would be honest and help me in my time of need. The salesman I worked with was named Eddie. They only see dollar signs when you walk in the door not a person in need.

    I debated on giving a 5 start but the purchase of my car took so long and there was a lot of waiting time that was annoying. Overall, the purchase experience was great. Eddie was our salesman and he answered every question we had. He got my girlfriend and I into the car we wanted for a good price. We even had to come back a week later to get one of our keys fixed and he got it handled with a little conversation. My girlfriend had many issues with the purchase and Eddie handled it very professionally. The whole feel of the place is still “care salesman” like, but they definitely take care of their customers. Otherwise, they have a great and enormous selection of vehicles and I would recommend. Ask for Drew or Eddie. Also, the service reps are great.

    1st. off let me tell you I hate going to dealerships. I stopped by on black Friday to look at a new Rogue for my wife. I saw some deals online and figured I'd sneak in to check it out. I was met by Drew one of their salesman. Drew was a younger man who was very pleasant with me as I told him what I saw online. He continued to show me the vehicle which was a Murano that caught my eye. Well needless to say it was out of my planned budget. He then showed me a Rogue which was nice looking also and near my budget. Not wanting to spend all night there, I went home to discuss with my wife and she liked it. I spent ( Saturday) morning emailing Drew back and forth trying to get the deal I wanted and he got it close so I drove there to talk to him. Drew was busy, so I was handed off to Russ. After deciding to go away from another black car,Russ drove me to their remote storage area to look at other Rogues. I spotted a Gunmetal grey one that looked very nice but was a little higher (950.00) in price. We drove back to the dealership and it was on. Russ did an excellent job with negotiating a deal which hit my budget. Went to see Scott for a couple of upgrade packages and finished signing the deal with Johnathon. I can tell you, all around these guys cared for my business. Russ then showed me the in's and out's of the vehicle and I was on my way.     Awesome Experience at M'lady with Jay Alvarez. The man not only knows the vehicles, but is a rare find in that he knows the workings of all the electronics, which is no easy task. I am usually pretty good with electronics, but had to rely on the expertise of Jay for my new Rogue electronics not once , but twice. Jay spends the time it takes to teach and explain the how to's of the electronics. To the management of M'lady , You have a Gem in Jay Alvarez that I have not found at dealerships in my last few purchases. My experience has been that employees are rarely taught the electronics , which has made me regret past purchases. I hope Jay is recognized for his dedication.

    Not sure what all the hype is about this Dealership because it’s the same as all Dealerships. I purchased a 2017 Murano Platinum Edition one week ago. After the purchase i could not understand why my navigation maps are outdated, and the Apple CarPlay is not working or non existent. I was told by the Salesman the vehicle has the Apple CarPlay option, but i am sure that was a lie. I emailed the salesman that assisted me with choosing the vehicle and i have received no response. Purchased a remote starter and had issues, been waiting 5 months for the starter to get installed but been ignored the additional charge on payment still there. Disappointed that no one has information and I wasted almost $500 to get nothing. Update: Almost a year later and still waiting for the promised remote starter.

    I needed a car ASAP to replace a 15 year old vehicle that was threatening to leave me on the side of the road. I’ve always liked the Nissan brand and when I met Jay I knew I wanted to buy a car from him. Jay was warm and inviting. If he needed to walk away to take care of something during the buying process, he came right back and kept me company. We shared stories of our kids, he gave me some pointers on cool places to visit in the area, and it felt like talking with a friend. I can honestly say Jay is a straightforward person who values integrity.     I was at M'Lady Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation, when I arrived someone greeted me at my car. When I went inside the Service Center I was welcomed right away, the man let me know about how long it would take and I could sit in the waiting room and when they were done someone would come find me and bring me to payment window. While I was waiting I was told that there was coffee available and everyone made it very comfortable. As soon as my car was done, I was sent a Text Message stating that my car was done and how much it was going to be for the day. The woman that checked me out was very friendly and had me on my way in no time. I was very pleased with how I was treated and taken care of, being a woman and walking into a Car Shop can be frustrating to say the least. I want to thank you all for making buying my car painless and enjoyable, and a big special thank you to Brian Murphy who this would not have happened if it wasn't for him I would have never walked into the dealership!! I Love My Nissan Rouge!!

    Horrible experience trying to buy a car from there. The salesman (Kamil) laughed in my face and said that I “couldn’t afford any car they had on their lot” due to my student loan debt. When I mentioned I had 25% cash to put down,’he continued to laugh and said “there’s no way you have that much cash”. Keep in mind I was looking at a $22k car. I went and purchased a Jeep instead and had it paid off in a year.

    We purchased our 2010 Nissan Armada from MLady a couple of years ago. Since then, it has had to go in for service, as every vehicle does. The difference is the experience we have had with MLady. Most recently, both Abe in finance and Scott in service have gone above and beyond to help us out! Abe worked with the warranty company to make sure the parts were covered and Scott worked to make sure the parts were ordered in time for us to get my wife's vehicle back as quickly as possible. Many dealerships have a reputation of making the sale and then move on to the next customer. Not MLady! They continue to support their customers and their vehicles and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

    Terrible experience! Reached out to them to inquire about trading in my car and getting an SUV. Pulled my credit and we talked about the payments I was looking for. They told me they would be able to work with me. Went in and they looked at my car to appraise it and immediately started talking numbers. We have not looked at any cars at this point, I was just told a Rogue would be best, but no test drive, nothing. I was then told the payments would be hundreds more than we had discussed and was basically dismissed. I was given back my car keys and told "your car should be over there somewhere" with a half wave. It was humiliating. I went home and emailed the sales rep to let him know of my disappointment in being treated so poorly. His was response was sorry you feel that way, but that was what my manager told me, it's out of my hands. This dealer needs to learn customer service and how to be respectful of people. I went to Arlington Nissan, where I was treated with kindness and respect and left with a Rogue under my max budget.

    If I could give zero stars I would . Disappointed in my experience in this purchase. I was not given the True Car price. They added on a $1295 inspection fee that I was not made aware of . I have been waiting over FOUR WEEKS for the dealership to correct the dollar amount on my car loan after I cancelled the extended warranty and gap insurance. Very poor follow up / communication. They are not leaving me much choice other than filing a dispute / claim with the Better Business Bureau, and the Chicago Automobile Trade Association. Also it was raining on the day I purchased the car, I did not notice that there were pits in the windshield and on the hood of the car. As soon as I noticed the damage I went back and they refused to do anything to resolve .

    Just bought my very first car here from Drew! Super easy process, was super knowledgeable and did everything he could to get me out the door with the best rate!!     I had ordered a replacement rim for my Altima. Chris Deal (parts) called me to discuss the order, told me that he didn’t have that part in his warehouse and it would take a few days to get it. He also thought that I didn’t have the right part for my VIN records, but he DID have the part that he thought I needed at a slightly higher price. He said he’d call it in from the warehouse and the next day we could compare against my existing rims to see if it matched, and if it did he’d work with me to update my order. It didn’t match, but the part that I’d ordered had reached his warehouse and would be ready the next day. That was the correct part, and Chris managed to squeeze me into the service queue even though it was <1 hour before closing time. It turned out that my old tire was also too damaged from the incident that required replacing my rim, but parts and service bent over backwards to do everything that I needed done and to make sure that I was well taken care of.

    I’m conflicted how to review, I have to start by saying I love my car. The proses took almost 5 hours to finalize the deal! My issue comes with the process. You pick the car, make the deal then you wait and wait and wait. First you wait to see the “service department” sales person who tries to sell you a package for interior /exterior maintenance package. From there you go to the finance office, there was a long wait to see him even though there was no one in the office. I paid 21k for the car. I put $2000. Cash and a $3000 trade for my car. I feel completely taken advantage of here. Get your own financings. The financing guy never gave me an option of deductibles for my warranty. I ended up paying $22,000 for a car I purchased for $21,000. I guess it’s my own fault for being excited in the moment so I have to take that responsibility but I do have to say I feel completely taken advantage of by the guy in the finance office. I don’t know if he did it because I was a single woman and he could, again I take responsibility for not doing better and I should probably cancel the deal at that time. So that’s where my warning comes in get your own financing or ladies walk in there with somebody else.

    I just bought out my lease for my Nissan Rogue, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had at M'Lady. Eddie, Scott, and Abe were excellent in walking me through the pricing, warranty options, and making sure I was comfortable with my purchase without being pressured into it. They truly treated me like family, and I can honestly say I enjoyed the car-buying experience with them.     I accidentally added windshield washer fluid to the coolent overflow tank. The service department took me in immediately and had the service completed in less than two hours! Absolutely fantastic! Everyone I dealt with were professional, courteous, and sympathetic of my situation. Highly recommended! Service done right!

    I went through the process where they allege that you can buy on line. YOU CAN NOT!!! "That's just not how they do business." Told him I WANT THE CAR!!! I WILL PICK IT UP FIRST THING MONDAY! He said he would 'do everything he could to hold it for me.' Which was absolutely nothing. It was sold from under me. Fourth Nissan Pathfinder that this has happened with. All of his apologizing means absolutely nothing! Wasted a whole lot of time and now I get to start my search again! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!

    Don’t waste your time with this dealership. There are so many other dealerships offering good deals now. M‘lady Nissan didn’t offer anything but lies. They screwed me on everything...the price of the car, the aftermarket products, the trade in. The only reason I went in there was because I spoke with a salesman on the phone and he told me they were offering great deals now because of the pandemic. I wasn’t till I started telling people about my experience and showing them the contract and other paperwork that I found out that I was taken advantage of. I didn’t realize it at the time because I was there for so long and I was tired and had other things I needed to do that day so I just wanted to leave. They were supposedly still appraising my car four hours after I arrived. If I had my car keys I would have left. I’m sure if I wasn’t a single woman going in there by myself that things would have been different. Unfortunately with everything going on now I wasn’t going to ask anyone to come to the dealership with me. It’s a shame that this dealership would take advantage of people during this pandemic. I love my car, but if I could return it I would and I would purchase from another dealership.

    I had a great experience at M'Lady Nissan. Johnathan, my sales representative, took great care in making sure I was happy with my purchase and walked through many options with me. Great care was taken in just showing the vehicles and was not forced. Incentives were great as well. Scott, the customer service representative, was very nice and answered all questions. Finally, Abe, in financing, sealed the deal on my experience with his friendly disposition and overall great attitude. Overall, very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend!

    I have never wrote a review before, until now!! My wife and I are growing our family so it was time to purchase a new vehicle and M'Lady Nissan was definitely the place to go! We went to other local dealers in the area and the customer service at M'Lady Nissan was by far the best. Our sales rep was Shane who was a pleasant guy! He was very informative of the vehicles available and really helped us get what we wanted. I would hightly recommend this dealer and Shane specifically, easy to work with.     We bought a car we LOVE here, and we worked with JAY ALVAREZ. I highly recommend asking for him when you go in. He was a genuine guy, warm and entertaining, and extremely competent at his job. He spent HOURS patiently helping us compare models, test drive different cars, and discuss what the ideal situation would be for our family. Originally we went to the dealership thinking we might not be able to immediately get such an upgrade, since at the time we had a car to trade in that wasn’t worth close to what we still owed on it. We finally decided on a certified pre-owned vehicle that met all of our requests, in addition to having less than 3,000 miles on it. With our preferred budget in our minds, we still doubted it would be plausible. We were realistic about our situation, and privately assumed we’d have to compromise a bit on the maximum monthly payment we wanted, if we were to bring home this perfect car that same day. However, after Jay had gotten to know our situation, he truly went to bat for us while working with the finance manager. After many phone calls with different banks during a very busy time at the dealership that day, together they came back with a deal we were VERY happy with: -It was substantially less than what we had prepared for. -It was less than the preferred monthly payment we had discussed. -It bundled our current car’s trade in value, the rollover from that loan, a small downpayment, and the new loan at a MUCH lower interest rate than we had previously been paying on our small car.....and was not much more than what we had been paying monthly before that! -It made us feel extremely comfortable buying our new Small SUV/crossover. *A handful of my family members, who have bought numerous cars at M’Lady over the years, have also always had great experiences. We will continue to give them our business in the future.

    Everything was good except where the manager forced us to take an insurance for which we we're not even given a copy of the policy details or anything except pay fees. There was no response from him even after follow up email. However the sales guy was great and helped us with all the questions though it was just his first day at Nissan.
