Leon is an amazing salesperson!!! I will refer anyone looking for a vehicle to him. He was so quick to respond to all my questions. He realized that our test drive was short, so he drove us around for a bit and talked to us about the vehicle and got to know what was important to us. He helped my son connect his phone to the vehicle so we could hear the wonderful sound system. He did not pressure me when I told him we were looking at 2 other vehicles. He just kept in touch throughout our search process. Leon made us feel very comfortable and we are happy he was our salesperson! We received our title in the mail promptly as well after we purchased the vehicle. If we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely call Leon! My son is very happy with his ride!

Bought a used car that was to be in decent condition. Work was stated to be completed, but after taken to a 3rd part nothing was ever changed. I was sold on lies. After contacting the manger, and getting yelled at for trying to receive proper customer service I have exhausted all efforts. Filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau since now money is coming out of my pocket.

First and foremost, I’d like to thank Leon who helped me throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle. He was very helpful and did everything possible to get me in a car within my price range! Staff where all very helpful and would definitely recommend 10/10 no haggle place to buy vehicles!

What a headache it has been with this car dealer. I don't wish this stress upon no one. They were very friendly the day I purchased my vehicle. That all changed when I started inquiring about my license plates. Idk what's going on here but I've called multiple times and they always say they'll look into it and they'll give me a call back. Have never received a single call back and I'm always rushed off the phone by the same person who begged me to leave a 5 star review the day of purchase. I asked the manager to explain the process because I wasn't understanding the delay, he said, "yea you won't understand because you're not a title specialist." I told him that was pretty rude and he caught a quick attitude, I'm obviously frustrated but I never lost my cool I told him he shouldn't talk to customers that way, he ended up hanging up on me. My temporary plates expired after 90 days and he told me there was nothing they could do, "it is what it is you'll just have to wait" . I spoke with the directors office at secretary of state, I was told they hadn't sent in the necessary paperwork yet so that I could get my plates & they would call the dealer to investigate them & the reason they hadn't done anything yet.

Don’t do business with this car dealer After I purchased my car I realized they added my warranty to the price of my car loan! I currently have a law suit pending against the dealership. The finance manager is Juanita she’s a liar and conned me through the entire process. I will win in court and it’s gonna cost them tripe in court fees when my lawyer is finished with these crooks! See ya in court 😉* After seeing the owner’s response to my review I called him and he was rude and hung up on me he don’t want to hear the truth! Like I said read all the reviews on this dealership they are Not a company you want to do business with! TRUST ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THATS REPUTABLE. Good luck to all of us to have pending lawsuits. This place will get your hopes high and never get back to you and when they do they don’t have what they said they would get back to you with. A different employee will call you every time they don’t communicate so they never know what you asked about and the worst of them all wanita the woman that answers will give you they price of a vehicle and then tell you they can’t give you that price anymore because she isn’t a saleswoman she has said she will send things out multiple times and never does then when you get on them about it then never do it. They don’t care about customers and make you feel very second class citizen. There’s NOTHING LUXURY ABOUT THIS PLACE! They seem careless, forgetful and shady! 0/10 wouldn’t send my enemy here!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!! They sell LEMONS!!!! They claim that “we won’t sell a car we wouldn’t drive” We purchased a vehicle late last November and the check engine light went on before we even made it home about a 10 minute drive. The windshield wipers were not working and the brakes were really bad. They have taken the car in for service but can’t seem to fix it properly has the same issue few days later. When you call them you get the run around. Always has an excuse. I asked for the inspection report that they supposedly stand by and the new GM stated that there isn’t one. Kind of explains why they denied the extended warranty for us. They knew it was a piece of junk! This car belongs at a junk yard not in my drive way. We paid for half of the car up front and financed the other half. So I’m paying for a car that is standing in my driveway. To this day my check engine light is on and today Aziz basically told me too bad. So if you want to waste your time and money and whatever patience you may have by all means check them out. If your in your right mind I would stay away. Learn from our mistake and not your own. I don’t understand how such a shady car dealer stays in business!! Thank you for reposing to my review. So now we denied the warranty. Hmm...So why did you guys apologize that it had happened? Couldn’t explain what happened either. Liars and cheats that’s all you are! We have to trade in the car sooner than later and will be taking our business where it is appreciated.

I was given the option of other cars in case I couldn't get what I wanted and it wasn't by force which made me feel comfortable about reconsidering another vehicle but Gerardo and Juanita got us approved and we left with what we wanted I'm satisfied and had a great experience here. Luxury motors is probably the best dealership I ever stepped foot in. Starting from there customer service and ending with their hospitality! Me and my husband instantly felt welcomed. They provided water as we waited for the process to be complete, let us test drive & helped us out in every way possible! When the price didn’t work for us they made a couple phone calls and helped me and my husband walk out with our new Mercedes’ Benz. The entire process took less than 2 hours.. I didn’t do any research before I went into the dealer and just walked in cause I needed a car asap since my car had been totaled the day before.. I seen the dealer had many good looking quality vehicles in the lot .. as soon as I walk in I’m welcomed by Leon.. I mentioned my situation to him and he got right to work.. showing me and test driving every car I was interested in.. he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and represented his company well.. I purchased a fully loaded car with all the bells and whistles.. they even installed for free.. parts they had ordered prior to my visit.. I would recommend to friends

Just purchased a car from luxury motor credit with Rob and the entire buying experience was extremely pleasant from start to finish, I will definitely recommend them and be purchasing from them again!

Update: I had to put 4K since there was no resolution made with them or their lenders. They sold me a potential lemon which had bad transmission lines and motor was on its way out because it had not been serviced for a couple years. I mean a tune up and new tires would’ve been a nice touch by i still decided to buy On May 11 2021. Short after they refused to help me in November when I really needed a reliable car (which is why I got in more debt to begin with). Well December 2021 Azis was so rude to me amd said to do what I had to do because it was sold as is. No mention of discounted prices especially 5 months after driving off the lot. Also, I had traded in a car for 1k and went into 8k into debt for this car. I invested 4k making this car a 13k car cuz I had bad credit. Could’ve lost my payments and got my car repo but I am blessed 😇 Just to change the rusted tires 🛞 I had to pay labor and not including having to pay for parts (lug nuts). Well I’m rambling now but Don’t trust them to be straight with you. You can expect to put at least 30% of what you spend on it in repairs. Good luck 👍🏽

They are thieves and unwilling to help you. Aziz the manager is rude and disrespectful. They sold me a lemon. I bought the car in May 2021 then by September 2021 it was acting up. I bought as is so I expected some issues but not these. It took 3 hours to get the lug nuts off just to do a brake change, an engine flush didn’t help because the exhaust and the motor oil are mixing. The radiator, the transmission and the engine are dying and I can’t use the car. There is no way that I would have known that at the time of purchase. They won’t help me at all to resolve the issue. I am paying a high interest rate loan on a car I can’t use and Aziz just told me “do what you have to do” so I’m here earning you about these guys. I’m a single mom struggling and I thought I had found a gem when they accepted my low credit score to get the car but now I know why.

This is by far the shadiest car dealerships I have even been too. I brought a car in November they didn't have to run my credit because I had the check in hand from navy federal. I traded in my car which still had money owed on it dealership agreed to pay it off , well two months later Car is not paid off and dealership is giving me the run around. Finance manager is a joke every time I call "she's busy and will call right back " never calls finally spoke with mark/mike don't care to remember his name. I thought when I talked to him Monday I finally reached a solution , he said he would call back Tuesday by 12 and it is Thursday after 1 (I had to call him back ) when I called of course they said he had to call back until I insisted on holding then surprisingly he had time to talk. Mark/mike was offended because I didn't remember his name his exact words "I find it funny that I did all this work and you " that was it I went off and disconnected the car . They think they're doing me a favor , seriously! My guy called and of course they didn't want to talk to him , so I called on three way. Mike/mark was rude , cutting me off and Implied that we were threading him on a recorded line but proceeded to tell me that he had my address , name and phone number and I didn't know who is was , oh and also forgot he was at work and started cursing. So at this point I'm getting my lawyer involved because I don't care to communicate with them anymore they obviously don't care and I hope they have that recording to play back because I also will be filing a police report.

I am shopping around & notice a lot of these used car lots create throwaway accounts to leave "positive" reviews for themselves. This one in particular has over 100 "1 review" accounts, this is always a MAJOR red flag 🚩 Piece of advice to anyone online car shopping, look at the accounts that leave reviews, if you click the profile of the "1 review" accounts, you can see that it was created, left a "positive" review, then the accounts are abandoned. Stay away from all dealerships that have these in excess.
