Uuufff man I bought a Tahoe 2011 with my fiance Dariann Laracuente we give a down payment of $5000 in February 2022. Ali promised me that he was going to buy the rear wiper I'm still waiting for it, with all the rain last month I told him to cancel it because I don't need it I got it myself and installed it. Next month that I bought the car it was having electric power steering I called Ali brought it to the dealer they told me that I had to take it to the Chevrolet dealer and I had to cover the cost because there mechanics cannot fix the issue. A months later now I'm having problems with the engine my fiance call Ali frustrated and because I don't trust them with there false promises starting with the rear wiper, I took the truck to a different mechanic I was told that the engine needs a full rebuild or a new engine or it was better to junk the car. However I told the mechanic my situation and that I had an extended warranty so now we been waiting more them 15 days and we are still waiting for the extended warranty to approved the repair. I should have go to CarMax instead.

My mother bought a car from Capital Auto Finance in January of 2022 and it’s June of 2022, she still did Not receive her license plates. Now she has all these tickets that she has to contest. It took The Secretary of State police to get involved to investigate these circumstance. Beware if I could give NO stars I would.

The car shopping and buying was quick and painless, Ali really took care of me and made sure everything went smooth. The car I got was a great deal for the model and the mileage. You can get a good car for a decent price if you know what you want and you do your homework. Great experience overall, Ali even walked me through getting insurance.

I am calculated, determined and I don’t rush into things. I get the best for my money. I had the best engineers, mechanics inspect, assess and give me their professional opinions both times when I purchased the vehicles. I am assured and guaranteed that I purchased two quality vehicles for a good price. I have spent many days searching for the best deal . As soon as my younger daughter gets her driver’s license, I will come here to purchase my third vehicle. I send another friend to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and and he was happy also with an incredible Acura for his teenager son who will soon go to college.
