Laminate I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service & communication. We recently submitted an application 2 months ago, we received correspondence Informing us of the additional documents to submit as we did promptly which I would later find out it was not uploaded for nearly a month an a half. We we’re told from the beginning we would ballpark for approval roughly in the 500k, once the review process came we were actually approved for 340k which was significantly less then we expected but we would continue the process and settle for a smaller home. The lender we we’re working with up and left the company(understandably, considering who she was working for) nobody reached out to us regarding who would be taking over our loan, no response was given for the several emails that were sent in. Once I sent an inquiry through the website I was told to reach out regarding the loan & our new lending advisor. Turns out after several months of being told we we’re “approved” and looking at homes we were in fact NOT approved! I spoke with Michelle Oddo (the branch manager) and this is when I began to see the true colors of this company. I have never met a more unprofessional, argumentative, unapologetic woman and she is the branch manager???? She continued to argue with me about when I sent in documents even though I have ALL the corresponding emails of when I sent everything in and when I received emails informing me of the amount that we were approved for. Instead of a simple apology for any confusion, miscommunication, or misrepresentation she continued to argue and suggest I pull my credit. She gave me attitude and did not listen to anything I had to say! I finally informed her I will not be pulling my credit to be added to the loan, that was never actually approved, and that I would not be going further with their company. She continued than to harass my realtor, send me emails, call me, text me to “give me an update”. I have never in all my career met a more undeserving person to be in charge of finding family’s a place to call home. I would never recommend her nor her company. I needed to spread my word & my experience as this is supposed to be a happy & beautiful moment in one’s life & they gave us the completely opposite. The only relief I now have is knowing that we are not giving money to inadequate woman & company so undeserving.

Alex Gripp and the Ellingson Team were phenomenal! They helped us get our dream home with ease. Alex displayed a professional poise I’ve never seen. He guided us through each step of the loan process from beginning to end with eloquence and grace. Together, his team’s communication was clear and steady. The overall process was astounding. I highly recommend Alex and his team - I know we will always use them in the future!
