The worker said that I could get a loan today and that she was going to be open until 6. I left work (overtime mind you). I had to wait until 6:02 for her to get back to the store. She then told me that she was closed and that she couldn't do new loans. Lost my business! I wouldn't go to this place if it was the last place on earth! The woman today was a liar!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional. They make an agreement with you to renew a loan on a certain date, and then still call you EVERY day. When you try calling them, the phone just continuously rings, or it’ll start making a weird squealing noise. This use to be a customer friendly business.

We haven’t had a loan with loyal loan is YEARS probably has been a little over 2 years now and we have people coming to OUR HOME to either offer us a loan or for referral purposes... sending a person mail for offers is one thing but to be coming to our home for offers is a whole new ball park and in my opinion is very unprofessional. When we had a loan with them we always paid it off a lot sooner so didn’t inquire much interest and had no issues paying it off early, however, because of the unprofessionalism of coming to our home for a referal or offer, we will not be using loyal loans for future business matters.

My experience today I got taken fast the 21 washer took my 5.00and never filled with water and I lost all the money I had. And still came home witdirty clothes
