Yesterday I stopped by Rocky mountain motor cars and spoke with Carl who works there and about buying a car. We talked about monthly payments and down payments and what it would take to get into A vehicle. Carl really knows his business and had answers ready so I didn't have to spend all day long there. He was great about making me feel comfortable about my not so great credit. And gave me some tips how to improve it. He was really honest about the cars that I liked. I ended up with a Ford escape because I had one previously and loved it. Carl led me through the whole buying process and everything was so smooth. When it gets to the part about the paperwork I need, well, this is where I usually get up and go home. But Carl made it flow so smoothly it was finished before I knew it. It was just an absolutely amazing car buying experience. I can't say enough for him. He gets five stars all the way. My name is Maria in 2014 I found Rocky Mountain Motor Cars on a Car magazine, at the time I lived in Springville, UT. It was a blessing for me that I found that car magazine and immediately called Kelly in the Ogden location while I was at work, he provided me with all the information that was required to have my own vehicle. I was without a vehicle so the bus was my transportation and riding my Mountain bike to work wasn't what I expected but it was sure worth the struggle. I took the Front-Runner from Provo to Ogden to make the down payment on my first vehicle a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. I test drove two other vehicles prior to that. I remember after making my car payment I had to write down my code that was four or six numbers into a device that was like a GPS installed under the steering wheel area. Then went in and had it removed since there is newer Technology. It's Spectacular. In 2017 I went to the Pleasant Grove location called and spoke with Carl about seeing an SUV online he mentioned it was still there he went out of his way for me and was nice enough to wait for me after hours, we did the trade-in for a 2007 Jeep Patriot 4×4 and then last year June of 2018 I did my last trade in for a 2014 Jeep Patriot again in the Ogden location with Kelly. Each and Everytime everyone has been so helpful and kind. They all treat you like you're Family. Kelly helped me on my first and third vehicle, and as always I've left with a smile on my face and with so much happiness it's hard to explain. What a joy it truly is. Almost like a kid with their new toy! I love the smell of a fresh car from their dealer it's quite pleasant! They're there for you when you need them and listen to you if you have any concerns or issues whatsoever. The finance manager works with you on the car payments. They're Easy going and straight forward people. If anything happens or your car breaks down they have a Towing Service as well a big thank you to Horacio for getting my first two vehicles towed and one to the shop in Pleasant Grove. I like that I can have a peace of mind that they provide your vehicle with a 2 year warranty also. I love that the Finance Manager helps build your CREDIT. I want to let everyone know that I highly recommend them out of all the other dealers in Utah I would not go elsewhere. I have had the most amazing experience with Rocky Mountain Motor Cars. Honestly I can't say enough about RMMC or Carl!! Not only did they help when no one else would but they had better pricing then I expected. They are more then fair, honest, up front, quality vehicles, completely open and educational on financing payments and the pros and cons to the CPI program they offer. I will only choose RMMC to finance any vehicles in the future.

My experience was amazing, i was so sick of my old car and having to constantly fix it. I called Carl at Rocky Mountain Motors and asked what time they closed well they were closed but he decided to stay just for me. I came and he was so friendly.
