I Am Becoming A Louisiana Resident, In My Whole Life I Have Never Spent This Kinda Time In The DMV. I Got Processed And Had My License And Out The Door In Approximately 40 Minutes. Where Do They Do That At?? The Lady Who Helped Me, Answered All My Questions, And She Was Super Nice To Me. Customer Service, Job Well Done.

Everything went so smoothly! The two of us each renewed our licenses as Real IDs and we were finished in about 45 minutes. The difference is of a private company over a public one. Well worth the surcharge.

Checked in at the kiosk, went and got coffee, whole process from start to finish was less than an hour and I didn't have to sit inside and wait. Check in and they give you an estimated wait time and text you when you're up. Donna was great! She let me email my needed documents to her since I don't receive hard copies.

Having to get a license used to be the most painful experience at the DMV. Thank god for this place. The ladies are so nice. And It was quick! Wish I had asked the ladies name that helped me. She deserves a raise!

I'm a long time return customer. Always very polite, friendly and professional, these guys are super fast and efficient, worth every penny of their fee, the total opposite of the slow, excruciatingly miserable DMV next door. Tina was the lady that sorted my issue today. I was in and out inside of 10 minutes.

Melody and Helaina made getting my father in law all legal for his move back home from Virginia. These two ladies could not have been more kind and helpful to us. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! We love y'all!! Thanks a million !!

My license had an insurance flag from a vehicle that’s was totaled. Call the state and they “supposedly” fix it. Went to go get my address changed at another place told me they couldn’t because of the flag that was suppose to have been fixed by the state. Came here and not only did mrs Bar ( only name in cashier receipt) took the time to dive into but realized that the state started the process but didn’t completely finish it. The flag wasn’t on my license but was showing up in the system because the state only did half of it. Thank y’all for taking the time today with my issue and not just handing me the phone number to the state that has high call volumes and hangs up

People were very nice and efficient. Got the plate renewal quickly. Ty. But locking people outside when you have apptmt. No explanation or recognizing that you are there. I do not like the covid rules of leaving outside. Many people came to door locked out.

I didn’t realize the regular DMV requires appointments and I was very frustrated since this was my one weekday off in awhile to take care of an issue I’ve had for awhile. Luckily, I was able to get in at the Express DMV (Mandeville Louisiana Auto Title Bureau). I only had to wait for 20 minutes which is nothing compared to what I was planning on having to wait in the regular DMV. They were able to fix my issue super quick and they were so efficient, professional, and considerate. I will definitely be back!

Tracy was very efficient and professional, not only with me but with other customers as well. There were 7 customers ahead of me but it went pretty quickly. All of the employees were just as helpful. Give these employees a raise!!! 😉 Thanks for being so helpful.

They don’t answer their calls. Appointments mean nothing. They need to improve their notification on where you are in line. I kept getting no one is ahead of you in line. Yet other people got called. Once I got called it moved quickly. Bring cash cause their is a 4% fee. Also, now need two forms of proof for residency.

I love going to this place rather than the DMV. Super fast service, typically a 15-20 min wait. There were a couple issues today and the card machine got jammed, but the ladies fixed everything in no time. They work hard and are so sweet and kind, even when dealing with irate rude customers.

Professional staff. They move quick as lightening, polite, and have excellent listening skills! This office is an asset to the state! Too bad I can say that for all of the offices. You should secret shop larger facilities. Had one lady call me up after hours of waiting and she was thumbing through a magazine. When I dared glance at the magazine and then her she looked at me in the most nasty way. That gives your dept a terrible reputation. Much improvement needed there.

Best experience. The customer service was excellent. I was listening to them while I was waiting my turn. Some of the task were difficult. They went out of there way to help every customer that was there!!!

When I checked in it said my estimated waiting time would be 69 minutes. My actual waiting time was more like 30 minutes. As always, the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I hope I never have to go to the DMV ever again.

Tina was AMAZING! I have never had such a good experience getting my drivers license renewed. She was cheerful and kind and exceeded my expectations!

Nice friendly service without an appointment. Why does normal DMV require appointments and make you stand out in sun/rain till your appointment time. The state could save money by just letting private sector run the DMV office like this company. Government always seems to mess up customer service to fullfill its employees and departments needs first verses it’s customers

VERY friendly staff! I was 10th in line when I arrived and only waited about 20 minutes. Was there to change info on DL and realized after I was done that I needed to update my registration as well. They took me next so that I didn't have to wait in line again. Great staff!!!!

Fast, smooth, and they have a nice text notification virtual wait type thing. So much easier than the DMV and their fee is minimal. I only go to the DMV if they are not able to handle something.

Horrible. Waited almost an hour past my appointment time to get seen and was then told that they couldn’t help me. That I need to go to the other dmv office. Well , the office right next door is locked down and run by appointments only too.
