Customer service in the store was good. One star for that. HOWEVER, I paid off my loan last year. I am now without a title for a year. TWICE they told me the state was holding up my title. Now I have found out that the lien was never removed from my title. It looks like my title was never sent into the state and the lien was never removed. They have been researching for over a week now. I have reached out to corporate twice by email and have never received a reply. Today I tried a "chat" but the "chat" was sent as an email. Looks like I won't be receiving a reply. Next, I'll try by phone. I will continue to post as developments occur. STAY AWAY! UPDATE 2/18: After weeks of no replies to my emails or chat, Customer Service reached out to me from corporate. She was very helpful and eager to investigate the problem. The lien was finally released, and they are returning the title although I don't have it yet. Please delete your email and chat icons on your website as they don't seem to answer those. Thank you for finally resolving this. Customer service at the store and over the phone was courteous and helpful.

Ms. Tondra really helped me out. I didn’t have everything I needed together for my title loan but she was patient with me and broke down exactly what I needed. She was very understanding and took her time to make sure I understood what I was doing.

Ms.Kiya was very outgoing and and made us feel at home and welcomed during the process! Had an extremely nice and easy experience! No BS. Right to the point and so simple. Great first time loan experience!

I have been a customer here for several years. At one time this location was near the Regions bank near the old Kmart. It was run by a manager that had a bit of an attitude. Now this store has a new location and new management. The new manager is very professional. She treats me with respect and is a credit to her company. The previous person acted as though I was a deadbeat because I needed a cash advance. She was not indicative of Advance America's customer service representation. I am now glad to visit my new manager and I feel she is there to help me by providing a understanding of a lending institution's primary goal to provide financial assistance with a friendly and positive attitude. This location is very helpful and friendly! When I went in, I was highly doubtful because I didn’t know if I’d get approved or not. The lady Kiya helped me and she was super sweet! The process only took about 20 minutes and I instantly received my money. I would l recommend this location to anyone they do instant deposits for up to $350! And no credit checks!!
