Have been going here for years, when I've pawned things in the past they were very friendly and I usually got more for my items then other pawn shops in the area. I bought a decent little Crate guitar amp there the other day and got a good deal on the amp and a guitar cord together.

They have nice prices but DO NOT know how to price the items you bring in, especially when it comes to computers. They price a PC based on operating system ALONE. They would not take two PCs I brought in because they didn't come with a mouse and keyboard. Never doing business with them again.

This is a great pawn shop. I was offered 40 for my PS4 from pawnshop on fir street got 70 from this pawn shop . They are good on priceing and there friendly. If you need a true test take any item to each shop in long view and see what they offer I get biggest offer here and prices of item on shelf are fair if not they will try to work with you.. as for stolen items all pawn brokers have stolen items it's not the pawn brokers fault tweekers are thives.

Very unfriendly customer service. I called about a flat screen tv and asked what brands were available and was rudely told that I would have to come in and see for myself because they would not look for me. Will not do business with these people ever again. Their prices are over the top compared to other places around Longview and the manager whom I spoke with over the phone was unbelievably rude.

Buying here is fine. I purchase items from them all the time. Selling is another problem. The few times I've sold, or seen people sell, items to them, I feel like they are getting a raw deal. Once I saw a kid selling his xbox 360 console there. The young lady working the counter said they would not take the console unless it came with a game, which he had. She then proceeded to inspect each game's disk, saying they would not take games with scratched disks. Coincidentally, the only disk that was in "good enough condition" for them to take was also a game that had recently released and could be retailed for 50 dollars. Of course, the game was "included" with the console that he was selling. The last time I sold to them, they barely gave me anything for the tools I had. I tried to haggle with them, but they were having none of it. Despite all of that, I still buy from them often. They do have decent prices, as well as a wide selection of merchandise. I am always skeptical of selling to pawnshops, because they are in the business of lowballing you

I had a good experience buying a saddle for my daughter. I got a fair price and the interaction was friendly. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for guns, tools, etc

If you pawned a $100 bill they would offer $0.05 They assume everyone is a junky looking for dope money, and too often that might be the case, but not all of us are! Even if someone is a junky, they still shouldn't be taken advantage of. Whether it's mental, physical, or substance, people with a disease shouldn't be taken advantage of. It makes me so mad I could just spit! You're better off going to PP&I or The Pawnshop and More. I hope this helps.

Good place to get deals on used items... or have the police go to retrieve your own items that have been stolen from you and are on display to be sold. :/
