I am currently on my 2nd loan with them. They truly have been great. I’ve been working directly with Ryan Blake, he has been very informative on how the loan process works even on renovation process. Ryan has been more than a account manager, definitely would consider him a mentor as well. He is an employee who will definitely take longhorn to the next level. Thanks Ryan!

Omg! I'm in tears. When I say, Longhorn was literally a BLESSING to me!!!! I had been through 2 different lenders in the same deal that lied to me, cost me unnecessary money, disrespected my Wholesaler and seller, and delayed my closing 3 times. Before I found Longhorn, I went through the ringer. They came in on new years eve, and we were closed on 1/4. They saved me 18k! They are the unicorn for investors. I refuse to use anyone else going forward. If you're an investor and you're not using them, WHAT ARE YOU DOING???!

We have purchased three homes with loans from Longhorn Investments - two rental properties, and one which we are rehabbing and flipping - I cannot recommend them more highly! Jade Florez has been a wonderful help, with her advice, encouragement, and her classes, which my wife attends. Janeen also does a wonderful job, with quick responses to questions, and loan estimates when we are looking at properties to buy. Once we find a good property, Longhorn is quick and professional in helping closings to happen (usually in about seven business days), and they can refer us to good people for other needs, like builder's risk insurance. We had a concern about dollar amounts for a closing, and Jade responded with help and a favorable explanation in just a couple of hours. Thanks for all your help and your great work, Longhorn!

Longhorn Investments is a great lender to do business with. They have competitive rates to other hard money lenders, but what set them apart for me is the customer service. We ran into a bit of a problem during our renovation, well several problems actually. I spoke with everyone from the guy who helped me secure the loan to the CEO of the company. They were all very understanding and flexible. Each person I spoke with helped me find a solution to our issues instead of just blowing us off. They helped my wife and I learn during this process rather than just taking our money. This is the kind of support we needed as a new investor. I never expected to find it in at the lending company. Bottom line: I'm very impressed with Longhorn Investments, and will certainly bring more business to them in the years to come.

I've worked with Greg Horne on a pair of deals all the way through to closing on the property, and then again on a number of others in order to evaluate if the deal would be worthwhile. Greg is extremely knowledgeable, works with you on the process, and is a great asset. Extremely easy from beginning to end. Only a few details we didn't understand, but with explanation, we had no complaints about Longhorn. No-hassle loan with quick funding. Impressed as first- time customers. My husband and I used them on our first investment property and we will be using them again.

Very smooth process. High interest (12%) but that's to be expected for short-term investment loans on a first-time flip. No hidden or unexpected costs. Inspections are required for a draw but the entire process was completed within 5 business days from the day we requested the draw to the day we had the money in the bank. I didn't like that our particular loan officer used profanity while speaking with us when he got excited about something but otherwise, our experience was flawless.

If you are looking for a company to fund your rehab, Longhorn is definitely a great choice! We have used other lenders in the past and many of them are unprofessional and disorganized. When I worked with Longhorn it was a breath of fresh air. Michael helped us in the beginning get pre-approved. Then Shere and Cindy helped us get past the finish line. We had two houses funded in less than 3 weeks! I waited to do my review as I wanted to get through the whole process and honestly I can not think of one negative thing with my experience. They are professional, prompt, friendly and organized!

After a year of researching and hearing about so many horror stories, I was very skeptical of hard money lenders. I looked into Longhorn Investments and spoke with Lawrence Hopkins. I have enjoyed working with Longhorn on this deal as well as another deal that I worked on and the experience was the same. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Shere Clark she is a joy to work with, she made the process very easy to maneuver through and got my deals funded. Longhorn is a good fit for my business I only wish they were lending in more states but for now they are my go to funding source for all of my Real Estate lending.

Longhorn funded my latest investment property and it was the easiest and quickest transaction I've had so far with a hard money lender.
