Brooke and Vickie were amazing to work with. They kept me constantly updated about the progress of the file and were pretty prompt in responding to my requests. Looking forward to doing more deals with them and highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good, reliable title company.

What I experienced the week of my closing no one should ever have to experience and the in person service at the event was below poor!! My closing was Friday 28 August and despite mine and my lender's repeated efforts to reach Sandy Cox the week of the closing to get a) the closing time specifically scheduled and b) iron out paperwork, we never heard back from her. Finally on Thursday of that week I called to ask for a specific time and the closing amount of money I needed to wire and the wiring instructions. I only received a scheduled time for the next day (yes closing was to be the next day) when I refused to get off the phone and "just leave Sandy a voicemail". I called and emailed until late Thursday night asking for the closing amount and wiring instructions. I never received them until 9:03am the day of the actual closing. With all of that I thought I would walk into Republic's office and the in person customer service would make up for it. Well, I was dead wrong. The receptionist was cold (almost had to take her temperature) and then she put me in a conference room to wait where I waited for 31 MINUTES BEYOND THE SCHEDULED TIME before I went back to the reception area and began to express my frustration at their poor customer service and lack of care for clients. As I told them then and I still believe now, they think the customer is there to benefit them--that attitude was written all over everything they did, said, and didn't do. Eventually a nice lady name Vicki came to the room and executed the closing. Aside from Vicki this place is extremely disappointing and is the poster child for poor customer service!!

As a realtor my team always directs our transactions to Denise Sherwood and her team knowing they will be handled with the utmost professionalism. They are responsive and thorough, and have gone the extra mile at the eleventh hour a number of times to insure our clients are taken care of and the properties close on time. And they're friendly and enjoyable to work with!!

We had a great experience working with the team at the Preston Location. They were very fast, prompt and super flexible throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great title company.

As a mortgage professional who has worked with this title company a long time. They are all phenomenal at their jobs, and have always been very nice to myself, my team and all our borrowers. Our borrowers have never had a complaint only good things to report. Someone not in our business would not understand with rates being lower than ever, there is a refi demand, that is unimaginable to most. The only way they could understand is if they worked with super high stress for more than 80 hours per week for months like we all have. Then they might have a better understanding and realize that everyone is doing the very best that they can. We are not doing it for the money, we are doing it because we want to help people and we actually close loans in under 45 days in this market and we take pride in what we do. We have no one applying who can cut the mustard to hire, or we would. We all cant be perfect all the time, but Sandy and her entire team always try. Thank you Sandy and everyone else on your team for all that you do.

I did multiple closings with Republic title. Worked with Denise, Vanessa and Mitchelle. They always consistently did wonderful job. Only on their presence i was closing all the time. Very cost effective and timely response and their extensive knowledge about title work helped me a lot of future legal issues

Top-notch title company. Extremely friendly and helpful. The team there went above and beyond working through issues with issues on the buyers side of closing on my house. They additionally helped me by communicating with my bank regarding a separate mortgage transaction in another state that was absolutely not their responsibility. Highly recommended!
