Logix - Westlake Village Branch Townsgate Rd, Westlake Village

I called in to see when will I receive my check. Coz I was expecting to use it to pay for my daughter's summer tuition that I needed in a few days. The person who helped me was very helpful and very nice. I think her name was Tony. She told me that she didn’t see any check ordered. So she place it for me and waved the expedited delivery that cost almost $50.00. Thank you so much!

I was in Target and wanted to make a purchase of $166.00 and had a check on hold for the amount of $4,000.00 I had less than 9 hours until it was all released. I had called this logix bank to at least release enough for my purchase and they only aloud me to have $100.00 what? I mean, Really! Mind you I have had large amounts like this before without an issue. I have been a loyal customer over 7 years and this is the treatment I get!! Had I walked into the bank, they would have released much more. But I guess calling was a mistake. This has to be the most irritating, unprofessional, lousy customer service ever. I would question this bank for the reasons of helping a person in need through this covid-19 hardship. Not Good!

Came from Chase which is distancing itself from customers by installing robotic tellers in branch and reducing actual humans. Logix gives you a classic feel , one I imagine that banks of yesteryear had. Engaging people who greet you at the door. Got a thank you letter from Bonnie remembering what I was going to do the next day. That's a real pro.

Never go back to a 'regular' bank again. Star treatment, when I'm on the phone or in person I'm made to feel like I'm the most important client they have. Excellent experience.

Logix is a great to place to bank, and the Westlake branch is no exception. I've been a member for almost forty years and I can't imagine doing business anywhere else. I was prompted to write this review when I read the one star review given by someone who came to the c.u. fifteen minutes before closing, without an appointment, and was angry that the 'new accounts' officer was tied up with another customer. I am very happy this person took their money to another banking institution, members with such attitude we don't need.

I went in 15 minutes before closing time. Hardly any customers inside at all. I simply wanted to open just a savings account. The front greeter guy said "all appointments are taken" for the day. He was sorry. I'm quite surprised and very disappointed that they turned me away like that. BAD SERVICE! I will *not* go back at a later time. Instead, I will take my money to a different bank. They lost!
