Loch Raven Check Cashing Taylor Ave, Towson

I was having a hard time cashing my check at other check cashing places. The manager here verified all of my info, helped me cash my check with NO issues at all that I was getting from the other places. This was my first time going to them and I’ll continue to if I ever have to cash again, thank you so much!

I been going there for about a year and nothing has changed, they treat you good and are very helpful if needed. I have dealt with a couple of Check Places over the years and by far, Loch Raven is the Bedt

This place is awesome. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with your needs. Clean, comfortable environment and service is fast and very organized. Not like most places, would highly recommend

Be polite and don't try to bs and you will find this place extremely helpful in a pinch! Always great customer service and reasonable fees. Don't like it get your ish together and start banking like I did! Thanks for always taking care of me with check cashing and bill pay when I was getting back on my feet! You don't realize how helpful a place like this is until you really need it!!!! (I wish my bank was as cool of a place with cool employees like you guys have, the dog is cool too!)

I have been to this store many times over the years with and without my family. I have never had a problem and even enjoyed my visits at this establishment. I'd like to thank them for giving me an feeling of ease when I visit.

I have a bank account but sometimes a new job has to give a written check to you while direct deposit sets up. Very fast, rates are very reasonable and the employees are friendly and cordial. Thank you very much for the help!

Good service but I felt the guy was a little rude this morning, if I’m not familiar with your rules just tell me and I’ll be more than happy to go somewhere else, but don’t say read the sign then assume I tried to cash my check somewhere else or upload in with my mobile device just because I signed my check outside in my vehicle but when the next guy came in after me and signed his check not in front of you, nothing was said to him. Maybe it was a bad morning being as though they just opened so I’m not going to give a bad review. I still got my check cashed and I came here because I hear nothing but great things about this place. Just be a little nicer to someone who doesn’t know your policy about signing their check.

Young guy paying the bills is rude with no customer service etiquette. On his phone as if I was bothering him only to be speaking to like I’m a child!
