I have a loan with Lobel Financial. My brother had an accident with his car. The insurance send him a check for the first repairs. The check had his name and the institution. They told him that he was going to recibe the check on 24 hrs so he can start the repairs that’s what lobel told him. Here is been 3 weeks ans we still waiting for the original check to stated there repairs the insurance already send the femenino money for the repairs but the first check for the repairs still in hold from lobel. We call several times and we received several different answers. They told us the check it was going to be realized troll the car is complicated repair!!! I told them the car is in the shop is on hold because we need the money that you guys have to finish the repairs. They stated well we need the car complete before we send you the check for repairs!!!! Wow. So how I’m going to fix it with out the insurance money that they send for repairs. Beatrice the lobel representative hang up on me. Call back I ask her Beatrice why you hang up on me. She stated that I was asking to many questions ans the policy is that we need to fix the car before given the money to us. So I told her. Can you please email me the the policy and procedure . And she stated that was proprietary info. I stated well what that should be a consumer information because involves us not getting the car because you keep the insurance money. hang up again. I call back she stated ok what is the email my brother give her the email and is been several hrs and not email on place. Where it says that they allow to keep the insurance money till the car is complete repair. I’ll never do business with this company ever again no ethics, no professionalism, no answer the questions no fallow up on what they say!!!

Don’t go there worst place got my first car threw them 19,000 dollar car had problems with the car a month half later both control arms worn out dealership bullshii there all bullshii scam u for ur money im only 20 an will never go back to them

Spoke to an employee in Claims named Rolando and another employee in Customer Service trying to get a deferment on an auto loan during the Covid-19 situation, and, unlike a lot of other companies, these guys weren’t offering that. It’s not mandatory to offer it, but it shows goodwill towards your clients/customers. After some arm-twisting, this Rolando guy claimed they would consider my request to see if I “qualified”, but never get back to me and sent me a statement the next month. Not to mention the different departments don’t seem to communicate, as one employee will tell you one thing and another will say, “No, we can’t do that”’ with no accountability whatsoever. Total lack of professionalism. I should have seen the red flag when I had just purchased my vehicle and they charged me extra for the time I didn’t have car insurance without giving me any time to set that in order (because people tend to buy insurance AFTER they purchase a vehicle). Stay away from these loan sharks and save yourself the headache. Luckily, I’m almost done with my loan and after that I’ll never have to give them my business ever again.

Extremely terrible company. No compromise, no professionalism, and little to no empathy for those suffering or affected by COVID. I talked to a guy named Jose and Fernando. This company informed me I can do 2 deferments due Covid. I go to do it and they don’t do it anymore. Didn’t notify anyone about any deadlines. Right now I’m seeking legal assistance.

It's the worst and it's the last time I finance a car with them

I called Lobel to try and settle a debt but they sold my information to a creditor already and had trouble finding my information. I requested they provide proof that I was responsible and they mailed back my contract why do they have my contract if they are not the original creditor? Lobel is selling our information to 3rd parties illegal AF.

Super hard to work with this company. They tell you one thing and do another. Very unprofessional. I would avoid this company if your financing a car.

Not allowed to set up online account to make payments until 5 days before loan due date. Wants a western union or money gram mailed to them! It’s 2020, get with the program people... only scammers want western union or money gram anymore. $5 fee to pay online, $10 fee to pay by phone. They won’t even take early payment, don’t bother.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt business with! Please dear God stay away from this company! I've never met a company that every single employee is dumber then a box of rocks...smh...
