I have a great credit score and good income still denied me what a waste of my time and credit score just so they can make money sorry business

I have a loan through them. I had to jump through crazy hoops for and didn’t even get the amount requested. Then they sent out an offer to apply for more. So I applied and then never heard a single word back from them. They just removed my application and never let me know anything. This particular location has very unprofessional and rude people working there. They make you feel judged for not having perfect credit. Mine is decent credit definitely not bad. But since I have been with them my credit score went down like 30 points. I can’t imagine how I could consider it good customer service though when they never inform there customers of why they did or didn’t get the offer that they sent out to me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! Do your job and inform your customers. Don’t send out offers like that unless they will actually get approved for the extra amount it is a pointless thing. Not to mention my score goes down because they check my credit multiple times. Would not recommend this particular company to anyone.

Everything was so great. The reps were super busy with customers calling in. And they were so kind to each and every one of them. The whole experience really made me feel good about doing business with OneMain Financial!!

They send offers for loans at least 3x per month. I've gotten ones addressed to me or "Felifa Mabaraeg"?? I've called them a couple of times to stop sending these offers, but they keep sending them! Not professional and poor follow-up! Customer service is 👎👎👎👎👎

Very satisfied with my first time loan because I got the highest amount and best customer service. I shopped around many of loan agencies, but OneMain was the one gave me the best of everything I need on my loan.

Horrible customer service. Not friendly. Did not communicate well with us about the loan amount or process. Went to the apt to sign docs and "oh by the way" items kept coming up. Already ran our credit, felt very deceived.
