Marlene was great and awesome, she assisted me very cell and explained everything to me as it says any questions that I had she answered and explain as much as needed. I would recommend anyone to come to see her and received her great customer service. She was also understand to my situation even thought did not apply to her, but I felt like I was able to vent to her a lil bit. I had went to Titlemax to get a loan but my paperwork was not signed off from the Titlemax in Missouri. I called LongStar and Marlene told me to come in and she was able to get things straight before the end of the day with me getting my loan so I can make my Grandbaby 1st birthday.

I came here to get a title loan to cover repair costs and get tags/title transferred to my name. The staff was very helpful in assisting me through the entire process. The entire visit took about 30mins. As soon as I walked in the entire staff greeted me, the customer service was very good. I got my plates and tags within days!
