I did not really know how the loans worked and was dealing with issue at other locations. The ladies here at Lonestar Title loan have explained everything to me, have been very patient and have answered all the questions. All 3 ladies are simply amazing

Don’t go! These woman will smile while u do all the paperwork and they say they will work with you which is a complete LIE! They get rude hateful and ugly over the phone especially that Ms Beatrice. Don’t go to this place and Kasey is the same way! I would give them 0 stars if I could! Terrible customer service and will LIE AND SMILE IN YOUR FACE ALL AT THE SAME TIME

Staff was patient and kind even when I wasn't. Great Promotions. I saved $456 off of my loan at pay off. Terrific ladies. Local Customer service is fantastic. The only thing I didn't like about the process, was waiting about a week to get my title back. Rule of the company. It is what it is. Overall very happy.

I appreciate the manager KC the manger who took the time to explain how to help pay off on principle. I value and respect who help customers the right way.
