My Dad was approved for his loan in September of this year. His payments of $73.31were due on the 7th of each month. He paid October. His health is not good and has been this way for awhile. Last month (November) we were in and out of the local hospital more times then I can count. He broke both arms by falling and has severe leg pain. He has COPD. The main reason why we go to the ER. He missed the payment for November to Lonestar Title. He was admitted into the hospital on or around the 6th and was told he would be there a few days. On the 8th he was released by a different doctor. He came home in very bad health. I convinced him to go back on the 10th he was admitted. HE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID PNEUMONIA. At home he is on 2 liters of oxygen. Currently he is on 8. There were days I did not get to speak to him because he was unable. Going back a couple of days...Lonestar had Keel Recovery pick up my dad's vehicle on the 7th of this month. I was in tears I called the office immediately. I explained the situation. And the manager was unable to discuss my dad's account since I was not on the paperwork. My dad had to call them and give permission. On the 20th he was finally able to make that call. By then his car is at IAA getting ready to be auctioned per Keel Recovery. My dad lost his car over $73. 31. He cried when I told him. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to tell him. Lonestar Title stole my dad's car. They showed no compassion or sympathy for my dad and his loss. The company is the SORRIEST loan company I have ever known. My dad is fighting to live and they don't give a dang . They are no good. Customer service matters none to them. I was denied corporate phone number. They had no desire to help me in getting his car back. Neither does IAA. COVID 19 DOES NOT STOP LONESTAR FROM STEALING MY DADS VEHICLE. ONLY ONE PAYMENT LATE. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS LOCATION OF EMPLOYEES FIRED. THEY ARE COLD. HEARTLESS. AND CROOKS.
