Two young lady’s very helpful and good customer service

The only positive thing is you can get cash fast but I don’t even understand how title loans are even legal. Avoid title loans at all cost. I payed mines off early and still didn’t get anything they claim you get when you pay it off early. Keep in mind your loan will increase and keep increasing if you pay minimum payment. It’s like you have to pay way over the monthly payment and pay way before the payment is due. They don’t explain everything to you. The hidden things it’s like you find out when it happens and you asked. I see how people lose their title though. They try to make sure you can’t pay it off. Also Messy people in the office. There was a white young lady that was on a phone with someone and soon as they get off the phone she telling her business for everyone to hear. I was also told that I would get a phone call when my title came in. Didn’t receive that call. My husband had to call and then when we decided to pay the loan off my husband called and was asking for the pay off and they said he wasn’t authorized to ask but he was on the loan with me and did the application as well and used his income. Last but not least, this place is a joke. Mark my word

These ladies are wonderful! Selena was so helpful and friendly. I walked in stressed from dealing with life and walked out breathing a sigh of relief. They were very easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks ladies!
