    I walked in and I was greeted with a smile. I had never been to Ace and I wanted to do a payday loan. I asked several questions and all of them were answered completely. The process was simple. She explained everything to me. She offered me a debit card that I could use with an explanation of how it works that I will be using. She was extremely professional throughout the entire process. She was very mild-mannered and spoke with a clear and pleasant tone. Near the end of the process, I asked and she stated that she was a manager. She told me that her name was Tina Brown. First impressions are lasting impressions. If this Tina Brown is not the store manager, SHE SHOULD BE. SHE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. THIS YOUNG LADY SHOULD BE USED TO TRAIN ALL OF YOUR NEW ASSOCIATES AND MANAGERS!!! As stated before, I had never been to an Ace, as I had never met Tina Brown. SHE is the reason that I will do more business with your company!!!
