Ms. Jacqueline is the BEST. I come here just for her. She makes the whole experience so fun while being professional. Ace is my new favorite. They helped me cash my check and stay open till 7pm so I can go after work. A plus plus for Ace and Jackie!

Great workers. Everyone is very helpful. I love visiting places where workers actually know their jobs. Mechelle is a very dedicated employee. She able to explain each account. She gives good insight into which account is best for the customer from the information she gathered. I love people who makes a difference‼️

It's hit or miss here. Service depends on whatever mood, situation, or state of mind the employee's are in, in that moment. Very abrasive if you have questions or it's close to closing or lunch time. Had a bad attitude one time be cause one of the ladies was upset because evidently the other lady had been playing hookey from work. She had to work several days in a row. It seemed to me the underlying thought was if you had to come here for service, you dealt with the attitude or go find a real bank. I maintain an account for online purchases but always dread having to go reload the card. False expectations on parade!

I came to cash express this morning to meet an emergency financial need and Ms. Connie was the lady that helped me get everything together with an amazing smile on her face and extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process! She was a blessing to me through and through, come and give her a visit!
