Very professional and helpful. Just moved to the area and in need of emergency funding. Even w out of state registration and plates, Karina was extremely helpful and fast. Highly recommended if you need emergency funding.

They want to keep you paying the minimum payment as long as possible. They make it extremely difficult to pay down your balance let alone pay it off. Their “policies” change on a day to day basis. I’ve been trying to pay off my loan in full for the last two weeks but they won’t accept payment meanwhile their super high fees keep adding up. So far they’ve made about 5k on a 2k loan.

Very fast service, as always; There is always a short wait, they are very respectful and always try to help you out. I'm so grateful to the staff for always helping me. I have been a returned client since 2017! Very convenient loan for those who are struggling special on during this time of additional expenses. I always can count on Loanstar!
