Often times we are faced day to day with individuals in the customer service field that aren't clear on how to provide first class customer service. That's not the case with Tommy Hickman, she exhibits outstanding customer service and more over sincerely cares about her customers/clients. It's very clear that when you obtain the trust of your clients they don't hesitate to ensure that you become their person of choice to handle their specific business. I commend Tommy for her continued dedication and commitment to not only her clients but to the company (Check n Go) as well.

Went in last Friday evening and applied for a loan. She was fantastic and fast. We were able to walk out with a loan. Thank you for helping us when we needed it. We will most deffinantly go back. She was fantastic to us. Also we forgot our drivers licence and she called us and stayed nearly 30 min after close to make sure we got it back so that we were able to cash the check on Saterday. That would have sucked if we couldn't cash the check lol.
