Loanstar Title Loans TX, Tomball

I absolutely love this title loan company. Never before had I been able to go and have the loan explain to me in great detail to where I wasn't confused or scared to take it out. I would recommend coming here and especially talking to Lucy who spent more than enough time explaining everything to me thoroughly. I think this place is well worth a visit.

Evertime I come Rachel is just amazing. She is very helpful, has great customer service. She is very sweet and patient. No matter how busy she is her manner does not change and she handles it very well. She's always smiling and welcoming. I really recommend this location.

I don’t remember her name but she’s the short lady with brown hair. She did an amazing job working with me, didn’t give up with working the estimate I wanted. Super nice and respectful. My mom recommended me here and they love her so I recommend everyone come here!!!

The experience was amazing the ladies at the front desks where so helpful and patient, a place that do not mind explaining everything in detail and make sure you understand every aspect of your loan and agreement. They also try to give great promotions to help you out like on your first payment, so them showing good faith in you out the gate made me feel more confident in getting my loan payed off quickly. Rachel was very patient & helpful with us when we first went in. There was no pressure at all from her for us to have to get a loan. She was very informative & friendly with anything we asked of her regarding the loan & the process. The process was fast & you got the money on the spot. Everytime I went in after that Rachel knew me & helped right away & love the conversations we have. This is a great place to consider or get a loan from.

Nothing against the people working there but the company will rip you off even with a small loan amount. You will be paying over triple the amount you borrowed so beware of the contract. I've obviously the past 4 months only have been paying my interest and nothing off the principle. Making this much money off customers is wrong. Period. Not again lone Star. Not again!

From the time I called and spoke to Rachel I got and felt a good vibe about the whole situation. Unfortunately, I ran into some emergency situations where I desperately needed a short term title loan. I didn’t get exactly the amount I needed, but that’s not their fault. They have a job to do and guidelines to follow. They were at least able to push it to the max..Rachel even called the lender directly in front of me from her cell to get the approval. I’m more than grateful and satisfied. The process took no more than 20 mins..don’t waste your time anywhere else. As a new title loan customer there currently running a special to where you get $60 off when you pay the loan back within a month. I’m gonna pay it back sooner and in the near future if I ever run into hard times again I will be going back, and encouraging my family and friends to never look elsewhere. Don’t believe me ?! Awesome place to get a loan..very understanding, nice, and patient staff.. when I went the lady there was by herself and kind of in a rush trying to help everyone since it did get busy there for a while and attending calls.. she did an awesome and professional job at the same time.. My mom used to always go there for loans before she passed away back in November and now since I hit a hard time i went there and they helped me out.... I will/do recommend them is someone is needing a loan.
