First time visiting, and the staff was amazing. They helped me in a quickly timely fashion. Also was given knowledge about gold & silver metal which was new to me .. but definitely recommend anyone who’s in the area to stop by

They low ball people the don't follow government mandated guidelines based off a price that is best for the consumer and for them to both benefit ...just were they can benefit off cut off the profits of the consumer to the lowest amount possible there should be an investigation done on them...they also inflated the prices of items more then 30 percent of what there worth there really using people... there's even pictures online of the inflation I really hope someone reports them to the better business bureau so the average person doesn't get cheated out of money on there items

I've been a costumer for a very long time.The gentlemen that work there are politite and responsible they will work with you.That is what I like about this store if they know that your a valuable costumer.You will not have a promblem.

I have had several quite good experiences here. They are trustworthy and have good business hours. Good for picking up rogue electronics watches cameras and such. The staff is always very chill, friendly and helpful.

Pleasant experience. The staff is warm and courteous. No high-pressure tactics to make you buy or sell. Merchandise for sale is well displayed and in great condition. They also have more merchandise that they will bring out for you to examine. They also have a couple of creates with quality R&B vinyl.

I have purchased items from this store before and the customer service was excellent! On one occasion I was helped by Raymond and he was very helpful, informative, courteous, and efficient. On a separate occasion I was helped by Ricardo who was also very helpful and gave me a great discount. I would definitely return to this location in the future.

Greatest Pawnshop in New York City. They give great breaks, and they hold your items securely, so you don't have to worry. When you com back your property is in good shape, and ready to reclaim. They have been courteous and great to do business with. I highly recommend them, and have had an excellent experience there.

They treated me with the utmost respect and were very friendly. They take pretty much all items and don't try to rip you off in the slightest. They happily try to reason with you so you leave satisfied.

The staff is nice. But I swear they switched my cord and my case on my iPad..maybe that's why they want you to clear it. So they can switch it..Id make an identifying mark on stuff you want back.

Best prices for your items both to pawn/but most importantly secure and safe, all my electronics are there every other month, they're kept securely wrapped returned same condition its pawned. The staff are the best!

Horrible Costumer service. And very manipulative workers. As a store. They believe they are infallible and proceed to attack costumers instead of correcting their glaring issues. Also. Whats with the shady 1 person 5 star reviews? Who are they trying to fool here exactly? Definitely go else where if you have the option to do so. This pawn store is very helpful for people in need. If it wasnt for Jose mentioning it to me when I needed help to pay some debts, I would be in trouble. The location is great for me, and deals are great! The service is also very helpful. The employees are great, thank you to all.

I gotta hand it to ya, this is the only pawn shop that I sell games and Consoles at very affordable prices. I just brought a copy of Call of Duty WW2 for only $5. They also have a Xbox one x for $300 there.

Be aware of massive deceit and scamming. The malpractice of trading and selling goods at this location seems to be prolific. It is a Pawnshop but that doesn't justify the mistreatment of services and costumers. I will be reaching out to required entities/authorities. People in 116 community are already suffering. Dont need our local shops exploiting us on top of it! Response: Change your practices and stop making excuses. Ty!
