Ms. Robinson has been doing my taxes for the past 3 years and I must say that she does an amazing job. She is always very professional and extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable and she cares about her clientele. I will definitely continue to do business with her.

My friend that lives far away and I needed to notarize papers together and I called for her service early morning around 10 AM she said I’m not around at the moment would you like to make an appointment when do you need the service for? I explained to her that I need the service done today it’s an emergency My friend and I have to work in a few but We need it done today also my friend can come back tonight after work for the appointment if you have any slots available after 9:00 PM she said yes it’s a 24h service! what time you want I said 9:45 will work? She said yes slot is open she’s listed for 24h anyway She made an appointment with us at 9:45 by her place we get there she’s not there we waiting for her outside few min pass by I texted her no answer 2nd text no answer 3rd text no answer so we decide to call no answer we called again after a few min no answer I text her please let me know if you can’t make it so we leave and find solution it’s late night now and we have to get this done!!!!! mobile notary is what you might find at that time and if!!! because it was almost 10:30 and can’t make an appointment for the next few min you have to get to them or they have to get to you and a lot of them finish at 11 and require appointment we ended up not finding a solution that night and it’s late my friend lives far she had to stay over and we had to find solution early am before are appointment that required those papers it was a nightmare because we trusted in this lady

I used Ms. Robinson to do my taxes and I was very skeptical at first! But, not only did Ms. Robinson get me the largest tax return I had ever received, she also showed me HOW I could do it for MYSELF in the future! Ms. Robinson was just a wealth of knowledge and when I informed her that I was selling my property, she informed me that she was also a real estate agent! Needless to say, I used her to sell my property and she also doubled as the mortgage signing agent when I needed a notary to complete the sale of the property!
