Ahhh I cannot say enough about how great Tera was through our mortgage process!!! She made sure that we were consistently in the loop regarding our loan & she did a great job communicating with our title company to make sure our closing went smoothly. She walked us through the entire CD and gave us amazing advice for post-closing. We absolutely loved working with Tera :)

Tera was so great to work with and truly walked us through everything we needed to know about the process - including a lot of helpful tips for some considerations we hadn't thought about that ended up making our process much less complicated than it would have been without her advice. She was incredibly prompt and responsive - even our agent commented that she was far more responsive than most mortgage officers she normally works with and that SHE'D love to work with Tera again, too!
