It’s taken almost 3 months for this company to finalize a refinance for their “rental loan” option they’re advertising on their website. I’ve closed on literally 3 investments with other companies since then. There’s been a bunch of back and forth, and never a straight forward response to questions. I’ve wasted money through an appraisal I’m sure I won’t be getting back, as well as a home owners insurance policy I’ve had to purchase out of pocket. Every week I’m being asked to explain where monies came from in my investment account, which is extremely insulting considering I’ve explained multiple times about my real estate investing business. Deeply regretting working with this group.

Housemax funding and specifically Kaleb Provence have been great to work with on our recent closing. I've been a mortgage professional for over 20 years and know first hand what it takes to provide a great service and they delivered. Kaleb was very responsive any time I needed him and worked closely with his management team to get fast answers to tough questions, throughout the process. We were on a short timeline and completing the underwriting process and providing closing documents was a seamless process. They are a great option for construction financing.

The house Max team is AMAZING!!! I was able to close 2 deals in one day and both EARLY. Landon and Kaleb were accessible almost 24/7 and really made the deal seamless.

This was my first experience dealing with a Hard money lender. The deal had some hiccups at the beginning but got back on track once Alex Morris got involved. Also wanted to Mention Cory in this. Tanya is amazing! Her customer service is unparalleled and she is the biggest reason why I chose to use HouseMax for my latest fix & flip deal. I had some other quotes that had slightly better terms, but Tanya's excellent customer service was the biggest factor in my decision. Saving a little money does not compare to saving myself stress and time in dealing with other lenders who may not have similar dedication to customer satisfaction.

I know I probably wasnt the easiest client Dominic Montoya has had but he made me feel like it. absolutely awesome experience. we had some hurdles on my end but the team lead the way in getting over them. Yes its a business and they're there to make money but they earned it and took really good care of my business and I feel they genuinely looked out for my best interest. Yes i would recommend my own mother to them if she needed their services

The guys over at House Max were nothing short of excellent. Big, big shoutout to Landon who helped me and my partner every step of the way to get our deal to the closing table. Certainly would work with this team again, and would recommend. There was no point throughout this process where I felt nervous or uncertain. Every call and email was answered with promptness and I'm really glad I chose to go this route. By far one of the best in the business.

Personally myself and my team find it hard to work with Housemax ever again I will state that Kaleb Provence was phenomenal in what he does I been flipping properties for quite a while and decided to get two properties under contract with house max which Kaleb made happen. The Reimbursement team was horrendous constantly needing to send email after email and promised rehab funds will deposited on a timeline only to be let down and needing to follow up. There was no single point of contact after closing on property and had to take it upon myself to reach out and get others who worked for Housemax to get things accomplished. Kaitlin does an excellent when coming to the financials closing, payments etc. I personally nor do i see anyone on my team working with housemax I am unsure if it just because I am out of state that the chaos was the reason regardless, the amount of headaches to finish out my properties was uncalled for. I'm giving 2 stars one for Kaleb and the other for Kaitlin outside of those two the rest of team members should be re-trained just my opinion.

Cory Pacey was my loan officer for my home and he made the process very smooth and time efficient! Will definitely be doing more business with him as well as recommending friends and family!
